Finally we're introduced to various cleansing options that won't cost us a fortune, force the average person to undergo grueling, intensive dietary changes of drinking only orange and pear juice for sixty days while walking five miles every other hour. Instead, here's something realistic, not overwhelming, something the average person looking to be healthier can grasp onto and not leave feeling lazy and discouraged. Vukovic inspires, making it seem easy, genuine, and sincere.

Even if you chose to overlook the different cleansing suggestions, there's enough information here to satisfy anyone. From diet to the lungs to the skin, essential oils, herbs, and nutrition are discussed. Hydrotherapy has its own chapter, as does breathing and relaxing exercises. All great stuff sometimes skimmed over too briefly in other works. Even stretches and exercises to increase detoxifying and relaxation are given - with illustrations.

Vukovic speaks with enough conviction to show she knows her stuff - and believes in it, helping the reader understand and believe as well. It's addictive stuff here, it all makes sense, and it's fascinating. Easy to read and full of need-to-knows, if you're in the market for a cleansing book, this is one you need to keep an eye on. Much mroe than a simple single-minded 'program'.

I learned so much from this book. I decided to learn how to detox naturally. I bought about 10 books on the subject that take many different approaches. All of them taught me something. But this book is my favorite. It describes a plan that anyone can do with only a minimum of special stuff. It does feature herbs in different forms such as teas and essential oils that you will need to find. I like that because I like working with herbs. It also explains the hows and whys of detoxification in a way that is easy to understand. It is a comprehensive book though and you will not just read it in an afternoon. So worth the time spent to follow this plan! I got very good results with this book. I'm sad to see that it is out of print. I hope the author writes another one.

I wanted this book to go on and on. It contains everything from what to eat, how to excersize, beauty and inner peace. There are many things that you can apply to your daily life, changing many habits for the better. I use it as a reference book to find remedies for ailments or just the right recipe for a relaxing bath. I hope Ms. Vukovic is planning another book for the future.
