Great book, so much informative and practical, one of those books in which you underline facts that are of interest toyou and then you sum them up for future use. This book changes your views about nutrition completely and leads you to healthier life. Plus I've watched a lot of Peggy's episodes on Dr. Fit and it is simply amazing what she prepares, how it looks and tastes delicious. Who doesn't want to be healthy with her?! :)

I love this book, I use it all the time. It is a great source of information. I use the recipes all the time. I am always looking up what to do for how I am feeling with this book. It is a real healthy way to use food. There are so many books about beauty and diets this is about healing with food. I have made many changes in my view of food since I read this book.

I had been looking at a lot of information on the best foods to eat; Then I found this book and it is great. It gives good advice about the foods you should try to focus on depending on what part of your body or health you are focused on improving. Very good info in this book.

This book is fair but there are better ones out there that are organized by ailment. This one is about the food and the healing qualities of them but you can't look up an ailment and see what you should be eating.

I have loved this book from the first time I picked it up...and I have referred to it often since. Peggy K outlines specific health/medical issues that so many of us face, gives an overview of the how/why, and then lists in detail various healing alternatives for each 'issue'. The book is slightly misleading by only mentioning a few 'star' foods on the cover - don't let that sway you! Her suggestions run the gamut of superfoods and clean eating alternatives.

All in all, I absolutely adore this book.

Everybody will benefit from the priceless content of this book. It gives a reader crucial information on healthy foods in relation to particular health aspects, including sex. Plus, the book is very compelling and entertainig too, as it is written in a fun and easyto understand way.

Great info

I love this book! I use it as a reference. It shows you how to alleviate common health issues through whole foods without having to completely change your diet. It includes simple and nutritious meals that are gluten-free. Everything is broken down into small sections that are easy to read and understand. Anyone who is interested in improving their health through nutrition will appreciate this book.

I love this book, it will be my new best friend in the kitchen. Peggy K is well aware of her subject and has a lot of knowledge on food and nutrition.
In the first few pages, she explains a few scientific facts ( that will be hard to read for people who are not used to the jargon) but then will move on to giving specific recipes that will help prevent any ailments.

I would have loved it better if the book was larger ( wider) with more pictures...and easy to put on the counter ( as you are cooking)
