Leave it to a marketing guru to talk about innovation in a book format that is entirely, well... innovative. Patrick Meyer usually has the ear of the business elite when he speaks, and in this book he shares his expansive knowledge on the people and concepts of the new mobile world. Entertainingly delivered in a double-barrel method with PhD-level ammo, Meyer explains Steve Jobs, the evolution of mobile technology software, and what makes smartphones smart. It's a great education with fascinating stories and invaluable insights. Well worth the read.

This book(s) (both of them) really opened my eyes to an industry that didn't exist that long ago.
Meyer explains many insights that might not have been apparent to people outside of the 'app-world'.
The in-depth historical perspectives on Steve Jobs & and the app industry can serve as an excellent primer to the uninitiated or anyone wanting to familiarize themselves in this burgeoning market.
I had the privilege of meeting Patrick at a book signing in NYC earlier this year, and he could not have been more gracious.
His take on this technology is both fresh and informative. This guy really knows his stuff!
If you want an 'out-of-the-box' look at the future of apps and how we utilize (& develop) them, you must read this book!
Worth reading both books (2-in-1).
Looking forward to Patrick's next publication.
You will not be disappointed!!
