This has become our go-to cookbook. Easy to follow and easy to prepare but what is even more exciting is the wonderfully tasty results. Buy it without hesitation.

I loved reading Kate's back story and how she got to where she is today. This is like getting tips and help on fitness and nutrition from your best girlfriend. Her 28 plan is simple to follow and easy to execute.

What a refreshing viewpoint on personal nutrition. Who needs diets when you can radically change the way you live and reap the benefits of a lifestyles changed?
