This is a good book.It is a good starter and is filled with the basics within Bubles'life and career.I would suggest another book on this singers'music and shows that delves more deeply into his music and oddesy and less on his romances and family.The constant reference to three singers(Sinatra,Martin,and Bennett)gets a little trite when we are not told some details of WHY these singers intersect with Micheal and his music from a technical stand point.More depth in his music and less about record sales is needed.Kinda gabby stuff and not a very clear timeline.But I enjoyed the book.Keep writing,Juilet!

This book is okay but I do agree with many other reviews I have read that if you are a fan or a member of *Buble'nation*, you already know this stuff and this didn't take much effort on the author's part to put together. Much of this info can be found by a bing or google search as well as reading his many fansites. I found a few mistakes but overall, a fun read. Would have liked more family photos and photos that aren't already out there. Glad I bought it used and didn't pay full price since it seems a bit pricey for what it is.

I've been a fan since he sang the theme song for the In-Laws TV when I had no idea who that voice belonged too. I have been a die-hard fan since 2004, Michael has gone from being "the best known entertainer you never heard of" to the #1 entertainer out there today. His new CD Crazy Love is still #1,3rd week. By being a long term fan I have pretty much read every thing there is out there because of some great sites on the web etc. The Daily Buble, his fan club Bungalow-B, his board at WBR, are all up to date with his news, his life etc. It's out there and easy to find.I think the writer of this book did the same, there's not really much to it, and the lack the excitement that you get from reading it made it a slow read. I was very disappointed,but like I said I am a Buble fan and do check out all things.I didn't feel it did him justice...Save you money on this one...

As a relatively new fan of Michael Buble, I've been trying to catch up on his music, and get to know him a little better, so I purchased this book hoping to give me some insight to the man behind the music. I really hate to write a bad review but I couldn't get past the first page. No disrespect intended but I'm not even sure how it even got published, and as much as I have hit the ground running in trying to catch up on all of this, Michael definitely deserves a better written account of his life than this.

A dreadful promo

Few would argue about Michael's singing ability. Well, the recent UK TV appearances excluded. This book however, is dreadful. It has little substance and does even less to help the reader to learn more than what is out in media already.

If this book was sanctioned by the 'celeb' himself, then it fell through the cracks. Alternatively, it was approved on a short flight between appointments. Its always risky business buying a bio of a young person for fear of it being a fast tracked book as a promotion. My view is there is no excuse not to get in a professional and at least get the job done properly. He obviously thinks otherwise. I wouldn't recommend that anyone buy this book or worse, read it.
