Was a little skeptical when the girlfriend wanted to include me in the testing of many of these healthy recipes, but could not be happier she suggested I (read as, "made me") do so. The avocado-chocolate pudding is phenomenal, as is the Coconut Shrimp and mashed sweet potatoes… Girlfriend even made some roasted cashews from the book recently and they were the best snack I've had in memory. I have even dove in and made a few on my own now, and the recipes are all very easy to follow. Not to mention the book's written with great wit and accessibility so that someone like myself (a dude with sub-par cooking skills) doesn't have to labor through it… What a find this was...

Not sure she'll get me to try any of the external recipes (though, she swears I'd enjoy a facial)… But, the eat recipes are great. Can't wait to try more..
