- Reviewed in the United States on February 4, 2023Great advice to follow if you want to excel at your job
- Reviewed in the United States on January 25, 2014I am only rating this 3 stars for 1 reason. There are multiple versions of this book!!! Be aware, that this version might not be the same as the version you purchased for your leaders guide. This means, all the page numbers are wrong in your session. Additionally, some of the content has changed. Make sure you check before you purchase.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 1, 2012I first read the textbook to the group in sessions across several weeks. Then we used is book to discuss the subject and how it pertains to our work group. Everyone really enjoyed this. My first exposure to this boom was in my project manager certification training. This was the book used to cover the people element of the the PM process.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 30, 2013Useful, practical info to use to build a team. Easy to understand and apply. Heya at the core concept of a strong team.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 19, 2015Very quick to arrive. Good
- Reviewed in the United States on November 18, 2012I read this book about 6 months ago, and have since purchased some 6 copies or so. The book is my 'bible' for any team dynamic. My team, and coworkers, now consistently mention to me one or more of the dysfunctions they observe. Sometimes, they even call others out on it.......
- Reviewed in the United States on February 8, 2011I'm a big fan of Lencioni's work, particularly his approach to diagnosing and working with team dysfunctions. However, the workbook doesn't add much beyond the theory and is pricey.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 8, 2008This is a 64 page workbook to accompany a 5 Dysfunctions workshop. It mainly has spaces for participants to record their notes and thoughts.
While the books provide excellent value (I've probably bought 25 copies of 5 Dysfunctions over the years) this one doesn't. It isn't worth $45, in my opinion, so I'm sending back the copies I bought.
