What I appreciate about GB is that the recipes are delicious and relatively easy to prepare with a short list of ingredients, most of which are common.
However, this cookbook is a step up in difficulty! I have yet to prepare anything from this book but I enjoy having it around because it is absolutely GORGEOUS.
