Gaps in your Spiritual Knowledge?

"Tantra of the Beloved" fills voids created by traditional teachings, yet also has some miscellaneous errors in it. Not for the indiscriminate reader or a beginner on your spiritual path. However, if you have been studying, reading, asking inquisitive questions for a while, then this is great reading.

A worthwhile step on the journey into tantric awareness

This book is a significant contribution to the consciousness of humanity and brings an element of clarity to many of the "spiritual" concepts and ideas that are so readily accessible these days.

Written with depth, insight, and integrity from a place of experience rather than pure intellect. It explores in varying degrees of depth the realms of Yoga (in various forms), White Tantra, Red (sexual) Tantra, The Ascended Masters, the evolution of consciousness, Ascension, the I AM Presence, practical spiritual application and much, much more - with a level of clarity and insight that is hard to come by and refreshing to read. To try and go into greater detail here of its content would be a disservice to the book - it has to be experienced.

For anyone interested in Liberation who has just started out on their path or for those who have "read it all" but still feel confused, this is a very important and all encompassing piece to the puzzle.

New Age Speculation and worse...

One can add to the plethora of New Age spiritual speculation and assumptions lacking any real evidence either scientific or otherwise with this mixed bag of various ideas most of which is taken from other New Age spiritual sources without giving them credit. As much as a majority of us would like to believe in the claims proposed by this self proclaimed teacher of tantra having no real formal training from any other source than ethereal beings which he was able to see and interact with, just because a person claims to have experienced something does not give any reason to believe it if they can demonstrate it to be true, otherwise we should believe anything anyone says just because they have a personal experience. For example if you go to buy a used car would you blindly believe the claim if the dealer said that the car runs well from their own experience they have had no problems with it therefore you should buy it based on there own experience. Of course not, because you might buy a car with numerous problems and might cost more to fix it than what it was worth. Similarly why should one believe an even more wild and unproven claim about things that have never to be proven by science or any real physical evidence even exists! At least a car that works is more believable or possible than a person communing with omnipresent ethereal beings that have your best interests at heart, or that the person has visited other planets and knows beings exist there in their mind, or their is a part of your soul that exists and he has the best way to connect with it because of his person al experience. While these claims can be alluring based on what they may offer the "seeker" it does not merit believing them if they cannot demonstrate or give evidence they are true, likewise a wise person would not buy the used car without verifying the car is in good condition before the car, not matter how bad one wants to buy the car, the same goes for ideas or personal experiences, otherwise one might get a "bad product" and pay dearly in many different ways. Personal experiences of the supernatural as the authors claims of virtually the entire are based on are largely unverifiable because how can you test all he is claiming from a spirit living above your head, to beings living on planets somewhere in the universe, you can't verify it by objective means and the author gives no evidence of any of his claims. So does this give one grounds for believing it, absolutely not, just as it does not give you justification for believing any New Age or even Religious claims if they cannot provide evidence or demonstrate their claims to be true. So the author just suggests you believe him or he can show you how to experience them to, but does not mention that what ones experiences is the same as his experience or how to distinguish the reality from ones active imagination to determine if you really went to Mars and meet the beings there and is was not just a product of your imagination. This is the sad sate of most supernatural claims they are usually unverifiable (believe me because I had a really strange experience and it must be true) and they have no way to know if what they experience is just a self-induced hallucination (like "prisoner's cinema" look it up people start to hallucinate naturally after sense deprivation) or an overactive imagination desperately wanting these claims to be true called confirmation bias. In conclusion, critical thinking and scepticism are virtues and are they only legitimate ways to determine if any claim from anyone from a New Age "Teacher" or a used car sales person or a politician are worth believing and are true. Honestly and in a unbiased way look at the evidence they are presenting, how good is the quality, and if the is very little to none to verify or support what the person is saying move on wisely, your live and others will be much better for it. Just because we may want something to be true does not in any way justify putting aside common sense, reason, and requiring good evidence, it should encourage it, so we know with greater certainty we are justified in believing a claim because we examined all the evidence not just the evidence which supports our views. Lastly, I had a diret personal contact with the author and his wife over a period of many years let me say it plainly they are the complete opposite of what they preach and teach. Actions speak louder than words and they actions I witnessed has lead me to never desire to be in their company again let alone believe their claims.

Get there by being there

For those who are brave enough to step outside the realms of
dogma into a bright pragmatic adventure, this book is practical and full of methods. Grounding light into the body, gratitude for the feminine, healing, Ascended Masters, are all presented.
This book is eclectic, universal in scope, and transcends religious boundaries. Virochana Khalsa is not parroting the words
of others but speaking from experience. THIS IS RARE.
