This book is closely related to the Gerson Therapy and I have watch both dvds on the Max Gerson therapy and read pieces of his studies. So buying this book is for educational purposes, so that I can do my part in helping to build a stronger, healthier community. My godfather was sick with colon and liver cancer, changing his diet and through the use of herbs such as Chaparral and Red Clover helped to heal him, he is now 70 years old. God is good and I believe that he helps those who try to help themselves and the main way to do that is to be responsible for your own health and read to gain an understanding which leads to knowledge.

The first 29 pages are filled with a spaceous summary of the books content.
First chapter then contains general information about the body and organ function and Kelley's concept about the root cause of cancer formation.
The approach, that cancer is a metabolic symptom, is not new.
Specifically Dr. Kelley's concept assumes a normal primitive germ cell proliferating at the wrong place as the main cause. And this is stimulated by the presence of female sex hormones and a deficiency of active pancreatic enzymes. So cancer therefore is seen as a normal body progress, just in the wrong place. Present in every human being. Ok.
Interesting so far.
He then suggests a treatment with pancreatic enzymes, combined with coffee enema and a strict diet to fight or prevent cancer. Also a "do-it-yourself examination procedure" is offered to find out if your body is already in a state prone to cancer formation.
The problem here: supplements to be taken for all of those procedures (also the "do-it-yourself"!) are are exclusively linked to a treatment named Dr. Kelley's "Metabolic Medicine's Cancer Cure Program".
They are called "Formula A", "Formula T", Formula Ca+" up to a total amount of 8 different "Formulas".
It is advised that at least 3, up to 12 of EACH Formula has to be taken 6 times a day. That makes an amount of 288 capsules minimum PER DAY.
Unfortunately the ingredients are not specified in the book.
Once researched, you will get the Enzymes Pancreatin, Trypsin and Chymotrypsin as the main active ingredients. Amazingly they are distributed on a website named after Dr. Kelley for an astronomical price of 304 $ per 360 capsules. ;)
Pages 59 - 144 giving information about detoxification and metabolic types. Quite interesting, here I give the two stars.
Unfortulately the "SELF TEST" to find out your metabolic type is linked to another book, which is available for only 4.995,00 $. Yes, your eyes are functioning normal. No, it's not a typo.
Sorry guys , from here I can't take you seriously any more.
Pages 145 -217 are filled with success stories of cancer patients exclusively tributing Dr. Kelleys Treatment.
Pages 218 - end are filled with individual statements about how the medical society and health systems are suppressing cancer cure. One can believe it or not. No relevant information here from my point of view.
Summary: absolutely dissappointing outcome for the money I spent.
This book is ridiculously overpriced and the information contained is mainly based on self distributed products, whit themselves are again ridiculously overpriced. I feel screwed and I definitely not recommend this book.
Beside this, the book I got seems to be a used one. There is a black marking on the down side and some dirt on the first page. Not for this price guys.
To give it back, I'll have to pay the shipment from Germany to US by myself, which makes another 48€.
What a failure.
