I love that she explains how to do the self talk, what her self talk looks like and many, many scripts on different subjects. My favorite one was about living a magical life. I feel like I’m almost on a high when I read it and I don’t feel the pain or the depression.
Nothing, of course, is a magic pill, but this gives me a tool to get out of misery. I write down some of the affirmations in the morning that really resonate with me that day and I do my best to put them on repeat in my brain. The more I do it, the better I feel I and am able to be much more productive throughout the day. I just have to keep focusing on the positive and it really does help with the pain and depression.
There is a page on the book where her email is listed and if you send her a message she will send you a pdf of all of the scripts in the book. I sent her a message and she very quickly responded with some audio recordings and the pdf that was promised. I am very appreciative of all of the love she poured into this book. I can feel it with every affirmation/script I read. Thank you so much Kristin!

I've become more confident in my personal life and business life, this book is a must read.
When you read this book, you need to just read and do without question, leave your doubt at the door. Because if you do it will help you tap into the power that's right inside you! The magic is already there, you just need to believe and unlock it!
Couple of examples of how it's helped me, I'm a nervous driver, I've put together a positive affirmation about how much I love driving and, how safe I am, how confident, focused, and that I love exploring as its exciting.
I went on a long journey with my husband, I always do this journey mentally in my head as I want to be able to do it one day.
Well I caught myself in a moment, I was focused, I instinctively knew which lane to be in and most importantly I was blooming excited instead of crippled with anxiety! That was a first for me, I'd been saying those affirmations for about 3 weeks beforehand.
Another was to do with my business, I would normally shy away from talking about price from customers, I'd stutter feel awkward but out of nowhere I'm giving it like it is, asking how important is it to you (like a pro) and then upselling! I'm like wow is that me! Again I've made affirmations about me being an excellent business woman and I just instinctively know what to do!
In another section she discusses APT Alternative Perspective Techniques where if you have a task you hate, change your wording to say you love it.
I thought well everything else works so let's do this!
My trouble had been a lack of confidence writing content for social media for my business, so much so I'd bury my head in the sand and leave it for another day. Obviously that day would never come.
Step in APT.
I told myself the following: I love creating content, I'm great at it, I just instinctively know what to write!
I did just that, I've set up a new group with content I want, including a self talk script designed specifically for my clients within one evening. I used Canva and even added music things I've usually struggled with!
The following day I set a new affirmation: I love doing lives, I love connecting with people, I will remember everything I want to tell them.
And again I did what I set out to do. I went on did my live and really enjoyed doing it.
Upshot is if your thinking of getting this book do it, you won't regret it!
I've actually brought 4 additional copies for friends and family and about to buy 2 more hahaha.
But my advice as I say, when you get it, just read and do, leave any doubt and scepticism at the door. You will absolutely love the rewards that come from it.
Ps almost forgot, Kristen has an email address in her book where you can contact her for copies of her self-talk scripts and can I just say that she is every bit as amazing in her emails as she is in her book.
She truly does go above and beyond ❤
