i like this kind of narrative personally and is the way much of my own story has unfolded

I like the title, but the drawing on the cover lacks class. The style of writing is mediocre, although some parts are quite good. Maybe people with anger-issues will find some helpful inspiration here. The book should have been edited at least one more time before publication. In the book the mysterious teacher Z. says a few unorthodox things that might be new to some people. Sorry to say so, but in my honest opinion it is not a novel to write home about,

Gary McGee wraps his philosophy into a compelling story Fredrick Nash (Freidreich Nietzsche) Meets Dr Z. Zarathustra where after a life of despair and death and finds a new way to look a life. This is very much a philosophy book with shadows of Nietzsche, Spinoza and Leibniz. The story attempts to deal with existential existence of no meaning other than the meaning we give it. He also tries to find deeper truths that go beyond our own perception and the truth is in nature and how we go about understanding nature. He also has his proposal for subjective morality a more objective standard healthy and unhealthy.

The Book is a compelling story with many levels of meaning and symbolism in a style much like Also Sprache Zarathustra. I know the author and I am looking forward to his next work the Birthday Suit of God.
