A great book by an insider-inventor-scientist for the CIA who worked on the very technologies being used on hundreds of thousands of innocent targeted Americans giving a mountain of credibility to a mountain of abuses and how best to handle this state sponsored terror.

Although the Church Committee Oversight Hearings of 1975 revealed and subsequently convicted the CIA and FBI of running trauma based mind control behavior modification and COINTELPRO (counter intelligence program) upon many thousands of innocent non-consenting Americans these programs have never ended (in fact have been expanded) as the public was told and as numerous whistle-blowers from those agencies such as Ted Gunderson- FBI, Mike German- FBI, Dr. Fred Bell- NASA and Mark Phillips- CIA have made clear. This book will help those innocent targeted Americans suffering in isolation, unable to file complaints (how do you do a ballistics report on a frequency?) and targeted by covert modern day versions of these same programs.

Contemporary Mk Ultra does not require the innocent person's presence in the lab with these advanced technologies of synthetic telepathy and remote neural monitoring which uses electromagnetic pulse frequencies delivered covertly, precisely and remotely- microwaves and ELF ( extremely low frequencies). Here you have a book and resource as to what you can do from an insider.

There's not much help out there for the hundreds of thousands of Americans suffering through these government (and contractor) programs. This book by Dr. Duncan a former Government scientist who worked directly on these technologies for the CIA, provides practical help from someone who knows and worked on the technologies as well how to handle the daily government sponsored organized stalking. I highly recommend it. It is comprehensive in scope, easy to read and to the point.

I thank him for writing the book as well as the others. It took courage.

I should give this a five star, but did not because I do not like the title. This is not about demons! This is about advanced technologies used against citizens of the U.S. and apparently the world. For the uninitiated this whole thing is unbelievable. But this book is written by an engineer who helped develop some of this technology so this is confirmation that this stuff does exist. The author presents it in a question and answer format. He asks a question and then answers it. This makes for a easy read. Also Mr. Duncan is not a targeted individual and so is not going on and on about how he is suffering. But he is right on with what is happening. I am a targeted individual (TI) so I am qualified to say this book offers no remedies, but describes what is happening to people. I strongly recommend this book. There are no demons though.

This book is a simple but great overview for people that are being targeted with direct energy weapons, remote neural monitoring (reading your thoughts), mind control & how to avoid the traps set up to disempower & disable good people.
For those who couldn't understand a more technical perspective of Dr. Robert Duncan's Project: Soul Catcher, this book is the basic do's & don't's of being a " Targeted Individual " (T.I.). The term TI will lead you to a plethora of groups & information to help you if this is happening to you.

First off I do give this author credit for taking on this difficult, dark and still underground topic. But it's too short for the price. There should be some introduction to the author's experience that brought him into the awful topic of gang stalking and organized harassment. All I know about the author is from youtube and not from reading this book. Also, at the end there should have been a minor bit at least of some soul-searching and political analysis on what kind of nation or society could produce these kinds of unimaginable crimes against humanity that are detailed in this book. Although this book offers some things to ponder on if you are a victim of organized gang and electronic harassment and torture there seems to be little advice that the average person can use. However, it may still be a useful primer to anyone who believes they are facing such terrible violence. At the same time, I think there is a little bit of disinformation here as well and some have offered the suggestion that this author is still working for the black flag corporate fascist state that is perpetrating these crimes. The disinformation includes:
1. Repeated statements in an almost hypnotic way that there is, to quote The Klinik "nothing you can do." That the individual is powerless to stop these forces. I don't believe this and I reject this dis-empowerment. Damned if you do, damned if you believe Robert Duncan too much.
2. That these forces and "technology" i.e. violence is so so global and so so powerful. I think this shows a facade and means that they aren't as powerful as we are supposed to believe.
