Be Honest, How Good are Your Communication Skills?

Your Perfect Guide to Improve Your Dialogues

Communication is a vital part of human lives. Without it, there will be nothing but chaos. Whether you are communicating with your family, friends, co-workers or somebody you just met, it’s often difficult to say what you mean.

Misunderstanding is what puts a huge gap between people. Failure to get your point across to someone can destroy relationships.

This book will put all the scattered pieces together and form a very solid communication framework for everybody in order to build stronger relationships.

This two-way street process is laid out in this book to help you talk and listen effectively, understand each other better, form a strong teamwork and even assist you in making decisions.

Here’s a Sneak Peek of What You’ll Learn From This Book:

“When you’re listening to people, it’s important that you’re actually investing time in listening and not just investing time in building up your argument before you start talking again. Listening shows people that you’re actually interested in them and actually care about what they’re saying. It’s so important.”

Don’t miss this opportunity and let us help you become an excellent communicator!

Yes, it is a sad truth that we are experiencing a generation who know nothing other than the world of social networking and cell phones, world that don’t require that personal touch in communication. Communication is one of the important assets to living. And from this book, there’s so much I learned on how to approach and communicate with others. This gave me the courage to get out and start to get to know everyone that I can. There are lots of valuable information and helpful insights on how to be great and successful through communication.

I am hugely disappointed by this book.
When I opened the parcel and saw the cover of it, a little disappointment rose in my head, but since you should never judge a book by its cover, I read on, and I grew more doubtful about this book with every new sentence that came to my eye. The author makes countless basic style mistakes, and the tone is shockingly unprofessional, unauthoritative, and grossly casual, to the point that I feel like I am reading a second-rate blog post. It appears like the author just typed some of his random thoughts about communication in his PC, and decided to self-publish (to my regret, I didn’t know this) it, without much, if not any, revision. If you know how much expectation I had for it, then you’d understand my ANGER at it.
What fuels my anger is the shopping experience. I was wavering between this book and Communication Skills Training by Ian Tuhovsky, which were released approximately at the same time, with similar numbers of reviews. The reason I chose over Ross Elkins’ was that it had more and better reviews which were unanimously favorable. It is very frustrating to me to find that the reviews have probably been manipulated or at least decidedly misleading.
I am awfully disappointed with this shopping expedience on Amazon. And I hope people who are considering any purchases of books by the same author will think twice.

A very detailed book. I just got the latest addition. The title is inspiring and so does the writing motivates you to communicate. Starting from personal victory, this book takes a complete route to business communication. Especially in the online world, it is important to over-communicate rather than attracting miscommunication. I have read the book completely, but such books need to be read again and again. I am glad that they made so many changes in the book and published this version which is greatly improved and filled with useful information.

It is commonly known that a good and fluid communication is the essential base to have successful relationships, with your family or couple, at work, and even in reunions with your friends. I think that assumption is true, and in this book people will find and comprehend detailed evidence of that. Every chapter is full of information and tips to improve our communications skills and, therefore, have better and more understandable relationships with all people around us.
I was able to buy this book in an Amazon’s promotion and I have no regrets for that. On the contrary, I found it quite interesting. Communications are a very important part of our lives (sometimes we are not aware of this fact), and in this book you will read useful tools: from the importance and management of body language, to find out what is the best way to stand up in public or write an executive email to your boss.
Here we are talking about a must-read book, dedicated to every person in the world cause; guess what… everyone is always communicating and sharing ideas!

Questioning the author as an authority on this subject. I wanted to like the book. Really, I tried. My complaint: the book shifts from talking to the average person in easy-to-read format to talking to an unknown audience using large, pretentious words that do not communicate the author's point. (I'd give an example...there are so many...but it's copyrighted) Additionally, the author tells readers to 'suck it up' when it comes to addressing fear and anxiety, by employing the fake-it-till-you-make-it attitude. For anyone who actually has fear around public speaking, it's a slap in the face. If I could have done that, I wouldn't need this book....thanks. I recommend you look for other books written by notable authorities on communication (published by an actual publishing company-not self-published, as it appears this one is). Still wondering, read Amazon's sample, skip easy-reading intro and go to Chapter 1. See what you think.

You can never have too much education on inter-human communication and this book showed me that there is always something new to learn! It gives great tips and tricks for those struggling with social anxiety and also helps enhance the skills of the already charismatic! It was a great, quick read that everyone should do to enhance their lives in more ways than one. As the book said, correct communication can open doorways and help us truly feel comfortable and understand the world in which we live.

Very good advice that has this book, I have always thought that to understand each other must be knowing that we hear, the rules of good talk are important and more when we interact socially, reading is rather heavy, but for those who are interested surely it anger to enjoy as well as I did, will try to implement many of the things he says this book in my personal life, maybe some will be successful, good book.

Communication is very important as this the key to develop good relationships with others. There is a lot of form of communication especially in these present generation were communication is done through social medias and text messages. There only a few people who are good in verbal communication and this guide is very helpful to develop this skill. Even we always interact with others, but still we don’t stand out and get people’s attention. And through this, you will be able to develop a great communication skills and this will be your key to success.
