This won't take long. If you stumble onto this Grape Cure, invest in it. It's easy to read, easy to understand and anyone can do this. You won't spend millions finding out about this Grape thing. I hate to use the word cure. I'd rather use the term HELP. God and your body heals and cures. Don't think. Just Do. That's my motto. Enjoy the book. I actually bought the book and the audio. I listened to the book in no time at all and since then I've listened to it at least five times, and I'll always listen to it because what the books talks about, works in my humble but accurate assessment. No guarantees, but I've done a five day fast using this and it definitely worked for me.

Don't count on the institutions to tell us what we need to cure ourselves, because they simply will not. There is too much money to be lost if things like grape diets were being recommended to people and people were actually ridding themselves of disease without expensive drugs and expensive medical treatments. I have rid myself of severe scalp psoriasis that I've suffered from for 11 years by doing a 10 day grape diet. It was that simple. All the drugs, corticosteroids, toxic shampoos, and doctors appointments didn't help me, but a simple grape diet did. So much money and time was wasted, not to mention harming myself with toxic drugs and shampoos, while the solution was so simple and so natural and so healthy, and doesn't cost anything! This book is easy to read and packed with information in so little pages. I read it in one sitting without meaning to. I just glanced at it for a second and then couldn't stop reading it until I finished it. God bless all the people working hard to get this valuable information out there. This book claims that the diet can cure diseases much more severe than scalp psoriasis, and I have no reason to believe that it wouldn't, because the results I got were amazing and totally unexpected, and scalp psoriasis is not even mentioned in the book. I would highly recommend this book and this diet.

Very short, straight to the point, very informative book. I've read through it twice already. The information in this book is a protocol to follow on the grape cure. It discusses how to provide the body with the powerful nutritional content of grapes, in the correct quantity and length of time, to detox and heal the body. I am currently on day one of the grape cure using a variety of grapes. Even grape juice and raisins can be substituted if good quality grapes aren't available. It is very difficult for me to do this cleanse because I have a food addiction but I feel this is the right thing for me to do to get my body back to health. No more weight loss pills and potions keeping me a jittery mess. Food is often taken for granted and used as pleasure instead of fuel for our cells to thrive. I am learning that the high nutrient content of grapes can sustain me on this 35 day endeavor I have taken on. I will update upon completion. Johanna Brandt published this book in 1928 so natural health/wellness (without pills and drugs) is something we have been chasing for a long time. I only hope that soon this whole world catches on that the drug industry only treats symptoms and not the whole body keeping many sick and eventually leading to more drugs to cover up more symptoms until people are so toxic they suffer the rest of their lives and in most cases eventually die of their disease. Natural healing is where it's at people. Take care of your temple. Stop eating the man made chemical food with ingredients you cannot pronounce. Fuel your body with living foods that this earth has provided naturally for us (fruits/vegetables) and your cells will thrive.
