Amy has her own way and inspired by her grandmother she finds that cooking is not just combining ingredients but taking care of every aspect as well. She has seen how her grandmother put so much love, attention, care in to each meal and how she delivers it with laugh.
The common situation in the present world is that people are used to fast food , pasta, bread, food filled with sugar and it is bad for our health. As the author mentions here she has had problems and not feeling well she has decided on Paelo life styles and she has experienced the difference. This book provides tips, thoughts, recipes for you. It will also impress you that Paelo diets are not boring and you don't want to be restricted. You can see how wonderful it is. Paelo diet is based on natural foods which are healthy for us and those makes us function at very best. You can know about foods that you should enjoy and avoid as well.

The things you have to shop for cooking them
Each food comes up with preparation time, cooking time, servings yield along with recipe and the instructions to follow in cooking them.
Finally the food is categorized so you can select according to your choice as well.
Author has done great research on Paelo foods and her own experience is well displayed here. I have been applying the instructions and meals according to this book for the past two weeks and I have felt the difference.
It is not just like other book that provides you some names of foods and the way to cook them. This book gives you a detailed description in cooking the foods, information about equipment, ingredients for each food and many other information for cooking the foods as well. This gives you valuable tips in cooking. I highly recommend you to read this.
So, that being said, and having already tried quite a few recipes found within this book, I can definitely say wholeheartedly that author Amy Densmore has crafted an absolutely exceptional cookbook – one that I plan to use for a long time to come. In fact, I consider this book to be pretty much just as good as all of the last few recipe books I bought, combined. I only wish that I had come across it sooner.
What I admire about this book is that it’s not just based on a bunch of simple recipes and ingredient that can be found easily anywhere online. While reading, it became evident to me within the first quarter of the book that the author truly has a passion for cooking – it shows through her expertise that is displayed throughout the read due to the professional, concise style of writing that is used to explain each recipe with just the right amount of detail and practical steps, helping ensure that every meal turns out great. There’s also a section early in the book that does a good job of covering various ingredients, seasonings, herbs, and spices and how well they combine with others. Beyond this, there are pictures of the recipes that help make it easy to decide what to cook. This might sound like a small thing, but I’ve come across far too many cookbooks where authors neglect this, so I find it refreshing that Amy Densmore didn’t leave them out.
In summary, “The Paleo Cupboard Cookbook” is an absolute must read for anyone who wants to try out some great recipes that take a health-orientated approach. I’m looking forward to trying out future recipes.
