Jason Khalipa's actions and accomplishments speak for themselves: devoted father, world champion, global businessman. After years of rigorous training, Jason earned the title of Fittest Man on Earth and finished first in the 2008 CrossFit Games. Hard work and insatiable drive paid off, and his company, NCFIT, grew to success. Jason thought he had overcome insurmountable obstacles throughout his career, but nothing prepared him for the moment when his daughter, Ava, was diagnosed with leukemia. Tasked with facing what no parent should have to confront, he had two choices: succumb to overwhelming anger, or jump headfirst into the fight. He chose the latter.

In his first book, As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP), Jason reveals the invaluable principles that helped him and his wife dedicate every minute of their lives to Ava's battle. The backbone of Jason's success is a simple and accessible process that, with dedication, will help you take control of life, harness your true potential, and triumph in every way. Borrowing from the fitness idea of completing as many reps as possible of an exercise in a given time period, Jason developed The AMRAP Mentality, a proven system that will help you discover your why, focus on what you can control, work hard, and ultimately blow past your goals. With clear insight, personal anecdotes, and directed reader exercises, this book will help you get where you're going, wherever that may be. Be prepared to dream big, dig in your heels, roll up your sleeves, and get to work.

The AMRAP Mentality is here. Life is waiting for you.

Once you open to the first page of this book be prepared to have a seat and grab a cup of coffee because you will not be able to put it down. This was an inspirational and incredibly motivating book! AMRAP is a very well written book that does a great job of putting all aspects of Jason’s personal and professional life together. It is an easy book to relate to and continues to show how building a good foundation of work ethic and desire can help you overcome many things in life and reach your goals. I also think this is a good book to help give people hope that even if you start out slow or looking for direction early in life, it is not uncommon and you can still achieve great things, if you just show up everyday. I also like the personal touch and discussion about being in the moment with his family, this is something I struggle with in my busy lifestyle and it is a good reminder to stay in the moment/focused on what you are doing at the time. Work is work, gym is gym and family time is family time. It is also nice to see how dedicated he is to his wife and kids, that piece throughout the book, where he still gives so much credit to his wife for all support to help him reach so many goals and get his family through some challenging times just shows the character of Jason. Well done. Clinton Evans

As a Crossfitter of 7 years I have a firm understanding of what AMRAPS are and how they work, I myself incorporate them into my workouts many times a week. But in this book Jason, takes it a step farther explaining how the AMRAP Mentality can apply to more than just fitness, it applies to life, business and relationships. You don't have to be a Crossfitter to read this book, Jason does a great job of explaining the meanings so that someone that has never stepped foot in a CrossFit gym can learn something from reading this and instantly apply it to their life and see results. Jason is a great family man and a inspiration as a business owner and entrepreneur. I read this book in about 3 hours and will recommend it to people for years to come. In life never quit but when faced with challenges break them down into smaller manageable chunks and se a timer to see how much work you get done as you race against the clock. You will be surprised at how much more you accomplish over time. In conclusion READ THIS BOOK it WILL instantly help you, the only variable is the amount of hard work you put in. The harder you work the more successful you will become. Thanks Jason!

This book was very helpful in self growth. It does a great job of talking about how to maximize each moment in your life. I like that it talked about things other than just business, that it relates to you in knowing you have other priorities in life and how to get the most out of them. I love the story and Jason’s Family and specifically to his daughter and their struggles together! It was eye opening and just adds to the relatability that business cannot always be ones entire life. The only issue I had was that it was pretty brief about the core principles in relating to his personal struggle and what to take away from it but still really enjoyed it.

I certainly will be implementing the AMRAP lifestyle!

Jason is so relatable and this is hands down one of the best personal development books I have read in a long time. Parts of this book left me speechless because it was spot on to what I was going through in life and he opened up so much perspective! Everyone would benefit greatly from this!!

The more I learn about Jason Khalipa the more I admire him. Whether you’re listening to his podcast, watching a YouTube video of him or reading his new book, you can’t help but notice the hard work and dedication he brings to his everyday life.
Jason’s new book ‘as many reps as possible’ isn’t just a story of his Crossfit games career. It’s a carefully, well thought out and well articulated book filled with knowledge, advice and inspiration that will not only help you in the gym but also in life.
Written with purpose, care and experience this is well worth the read whether you are an avid cross fitter or not.

In life those who can focus intensely in the present while keeping an eye on future are likely to enjoy the greatest fulfillment. I’ve been looking for a book like this to pay it out. No one person can be on all the time, all day, every moment and every year. We need the check in and the moments to breath and return to smash again. Thank you Jason! This book will save my business, family and marriage. This book has helped me develop my why, the single moment why my why became burning hot to me!! I will WIN one moment at a time.

I really enjoyed reading the book, as it was a mixture between personal story and personal development book. My favorite part of the AMRAP Mentality (As Many Reps As Possible) is the art of switching gears. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in increasing their productivity or using their time better!

This is not the run-of-the-mill "self-help" book. Jason give simple yet honest insight into the principles of what has worked for him and explained it in a manner for everyone to follow. He shares some very personal aspects of his life to bring excellent context to The AMRAP Mentality.

I will certainly recommend it to anyone. Not just for fitness but for life in general.
