If you want to buy property in the People's Republic of China, you need to get this book. This is absolutely the bible for buying property in China. Chris Dillon did significant scholarly research, but more importantly, he talked to old China hands like Paul Salo and his team at Salo Homes to get a frontline perspective and accurate data. This is your guide to buying property in China and a very interesting read too.
