I'm a diehard Screaming Trees fan. It's rare for me to like every song on a cd but I've yet to be disappointed by this band. I personally like the older music better even when it's not perfect- in fact, I may like it better because of that very quality. They write extraordinarily catchy tunes. I find myself humming them all day. I adore Mark Lanegan's young vocals- it's untrained, it's fun, he screams, says "yep" a lot, once or twice it's almost cringeworthy. If you're a fan you know what's in store in years to come and for me that makes it more lovable- this boy-man who didn't want to sing, who was uncomfortable singing, who just "tried to not get a headache" singing, had a gift in him he wasn't even aware existed. It gives me goosebumps to think about it.

Absolutely love this album, and I think it captures the best of what makes this such a great band.

Really loved all the grunge era stuff especially the Trees, kind of feel like these guys didn't get their due, could of been just as big as the "Big 4". Highly recommended.

Early and raw, before the seattle sound hoopla took center stage. Definitely one of my favorites. The trees sst years were the best in my opinion.

Mark Lanegan is the best voice you can hear. Here, as a young Grunger, maybe 25 years ago, sounds fresh like ice and the chemical with the band mates rolls the Music higher and higher and higher, close to the End of the Universe.

5.0 out of 5 stars CAPOLAVORO

Altamente consigliato!!

Uno dei tre top degli Screaming Trees. Da avere assolutamente tutta la discografia comunque
