    Great lyrics.

Malfunkshun was a great band. They were capable of making some good music, but sometimes I wonder what they were thinking. The good songs on this album are: "Jezebel Woman", "Winter Bites", "I Wanna Be Yo Daddy", "Region", and "Until the Ocean". These songs are absolutely amazing, but the other half of the album is nowhere near as well executed and just awesome sounding as the 5 good songs on the album. And the blank tracks are annoying, there's no need for it. Is the album worth buying? Yeah, it's worth it.

EDIT: I actually like this CD more than I could ever have imagined. Sure, it's super raw, but dang is this some good music or what? I can't say I enjoy the Nugent cover, but pretty much everything else is awesome.

I love Landrew and Malfunkshun and Mother Love Bone but this is a gem to truly have as 21 year old thank you so much and I will cherish for life.

If you are into Pearl Jam, Nirvana, SG, AIC, etc...you should seriously consider this CD. Malfunkshun was one of the bands that helped really define the "Seattle" sound along with the UMEN and Green River. From the ashes of Malfunkshun came Mother Love Bone and Then Pearl Jam. Love this CD

Wood's vocals are flat out incredible on this record. I dont think there are 3 songs in a row better than " until the ocean, wanna be your daddy, and winter bites on very many records. Its a little harder to get through the songs 3-6 though. Your not getting the powerful ballads like Wood later did with M.L.B. such as Chloe Dancer or Man of Golden Words. However his voice seems more powerful here. His brother can hit you with some sweet change of pace riffs and great solo's on winter bites. Well worth the purchase.

This album is a great record! This is the ONLY Malfunkshun album ever recorded. Every recording on this album are pretty much like "early" Mother Love Bone demos. This record is also pre-Devilhead and pre-Satchel. This is way before Pearl Jam existed. Track 6 is the live version of Ted Nugent's "Wang Dang Sweet Poontang". The bonus track on this album which is Track 33 is the live version of "With Yo' Heart, Not Yo' Hands". Tracks 13 through 32 are just that "annoying" blank CD like the Nine Inch Nails 'Broken' EP. I highly recommend this album to every Pearl Jam fans, old or new. Every Pearl Jam fans MUST have this album even if it may be difficult to find. It's worth the hunt though.

Malfunkshun is an amazing band. They are true pioneers of the Seattle music scene. Love MLB, but thought this record was even better! A must own for the grunge folks.

if you are a fan of early seattle music, mudhoney, green river, soundgarden, mother love bone. you must buy this, this band is basically the preincarnation of love bone, which led to temple of the dog and later on pearljam, andrew wood's vocals rock, much better than the poser grunge bands like nirvana

For all you Mother Love Bone & Pearl Jam fans out there, this album is a must! Hear the late, great Andy Wood in the band he was in with his brother, before his path to stardom as MLB's frontman
