As a teacher, saving time is a huge bonus and these report covers worked out great for a project we do each year. We usually use the old-fashioned binding machine at school to bind the students' writing for the year into a booklet that we present to them. During COVID-19 school shutdowns, we knew we didn't have the time to bind all 90+ kids' writing into a booklet. Instead, we used these report covers and made a fun cover sheet and had them all bound and ready to distribute at the end of the year in about 30 minutes! I'll take 30 minutes over 3-4 hours any day. I also priced other brands and came up empty when trying to beat Avery's price. Good value and perfect product for our needs.

I am fortunate to help as an art docent for both of my daughter's elementary classes. While some docents do fancy, elaborate binders for their end of year art collections (there are only about 10 sessions) I decided to make it easy for the guardians (parents, etc) if they wanted to keep the art in these clip binders or if they wanted to take them out and frame or hang them up then they don't have to dispose of a big fancy binder book. Or, if they just store them in a keepsake box for the future, it is thin and lightweight and still protects the art from other things in the box. And the price is hard to beat! Highly recommend.

So these are essentially for one time use. I bought 3 types of sliding bar report covers and this one is the best of them due to the price and quality. You can fit up to 25 pages.

Also keep in mind that its a bit challenging to put it on paper (you need to staple paper or use paper clip to hold it in one place). But overall very good purchase. I would recommend and would buy it again next time. I really hope they will sell for 40 pages to. I am even willing to pay higher price.
