Have been on these now for several weeks. I follow directions of two caps twice daily. So far, I haven’t noticed any differences in my cardiovascular system. B/P is about the same (slightly elevated). General health is about the same. Will continue taking and see what happens.

I began the normal dosage of two pills in the morning and two in the evening on 03/23/2022. At that time, my blood pressure was 140/88 with a resting heart rate of 57bpm. After two weeks nothing had changed, so I increased the dose to three pills twice a day. It's now 05/21/2022 and I've regularly checked my BP every morning and evening to track any changes. This morning, it registered as 141/85 and 56bpm. Average over the last two months has been 143/87.

For back ground, I'm a 49 year old male who is 5'10" and weigh 175lbs at 10% body fat. I work out 4 to 5 days a week and would be considered fit/athletic by most standards. I do have a family history of high blood pressure and heart disease which is why I'm concerned about the increase in my blood pressure of these past few years. Admittedly, I do consume too much sodium since it's in virtually everything you eat, these days, unless you cook your food from scratch and stay away from anything processed.

I'm not saying this product doesn't work, and not saying that it might have had some unnoticed positive effect on my body, I'm just saying it didn't work for me the way I was hoping. This is why I gave it 4 stars vs 1 or 2. Aged Garlic obviously works in some cases based on the previous reviews and medical studies. I hope you find this helpful.

I've been watching Dr. G. Medical Examiner on Prime Video for a while and I really like the show. It's quite fascinating how so many of her patients die from high blood pressure so I went to Walmart and used their free machine to see how mine was. The last time I got tested it was slightly high because I had Covid but at Walmart I thought the machine was broken it was so high. Like159/99. My pulse was 111. For whatever reason I thought garlic would bring down my BP and so I Googled garlic pills for blood pressure and found kyolic garlic. So I found this product on Amazon and after reading the reviews I thought I should give it a try. After just a few days I saw my BP AND pulse rate drop significantly. It's been one week that I've been taking these garlic pills and now my BP is NORMAL every time I test! I ALWAYS test right around 120/80, and sometimes even lower. I'm DEFINITELY going to keep taking these because I don't ever want to be on BP meds. Once I lose another 45 lbs I expect my BP to be significantly lower but for now I'm so happy that I'll only be seeing Dr. G. on TV, and NOT as a DEAD patient!
