I have a sensitive stomach and have been taking these vitamins for years now. They are great. Even got my 65yr old mom on them after a part gastrectomy because she has an even more sensitive "stomach" than I do (whatevers left of it, that is.) Digestibility of these is great and I def notice if I don't take them. They seem to help me with those nasty food cravings and general energy. Seems like whenever I miss taking them I'm craving all sorts of naughty things by that night (just happened to notice that by chance...kinda crazy) and feel much more sleepy.
....Buy it. You'll be happy you did.
PS- Im a very petite 103lbs. I take one, some days two (one in the AM and one at night) if Im feeling extra run down.

I have been taking the Regeneration Multivitamin off and on for over 7 years. I started taking it in my late 20's and liked it because it didn't upset my stomach and I could take it with or without food and not have trouble. Now I am in my mid 30's and I notice a big benefit of when I am actively taking my daily vitamins. One thing though, I have never been able to take this 3 times a day, I take it in the morning and try to remember for lunch and dinner but usually forget. Even just taking once a day I feel more energetic, my skin looks better with fewer break outs, my hair looks healthier, my nails don't break as much. Also I have noticed that I don't catch the common cold as easily. If I actually took this multivitamin 3 times a day I am sure there would be an even bigger benefit but I am glad for the once a day nutrition it gives my body. This multivitamin was recommended to me by my mom and it was recommended to her by her health nutritionist and I am recommending it anyone seeking a great multivitamin.
