Gourmet tea

This is a wonderful tea. It has a unique blend of tart ginger with smooth peach that is absolutely delicious.

This tea actually goes farther than one might think. Rather than just making one cup of tea per bag, I fill a 2-quart pot (or kettle) with filtered or distilled water, bring it to a boil, place a single teabag inside it, and let it steep. I sweeten it with stevia or honey.

When I want to make ice tea with this brand of tea, I fill a 2-liter glass pitcher with filtered or distilled water and place one of these tea bags in it. Then I put the pitcher in the refrigerator overnight. By the next day, I have a day's supply of terrific ice tea, which I sweeten to taste.

One of My Favorite Brands of Earl Grey!

Flavor: Earl Greyer Black TeaSize: 50 Tea Bag Tin

Republic of Tea, even though somewhat pricier than other brands, has been one of my top choices for tea for a long time and Earl Grey tea has been my all time favorite ever since I first tasted it. I LOVE the slightly tart zing of Bergamot, and this 'Earl Greyer' delivers every single time.

Just as a point of interest to any tea lover: I drink A LOT OF TEA and over the years I have tasted endless variety of brands and flavors... finally narrowed my choices down to these few:
after #1, Earl Grey the King, there are only additional three that I would give enthusiastic thumbs up:
Blackberry Sage,
Mango Ceylon (both Republic of Tea brands)
and then then there is one accidental and delightful find - Focus Tea by Tazo brand (BTW Tazo makes quite tasty and flavorful Earl Grey as well).
Focus is fairly new and relatively unknown delectable proprietary blend of black tea, roasted yerba mate, orange essence and cocoa peel and I was most pleasantly surprised to find out how uniquely delicious (and how very comparable with Earl Grey) the taste was.

There are few people (men mostly, from my experience), that just do not like flavored stuff, and prefer their tea and/or coffee neutral, with no 'extra' taste. If you are one of those, then none of my choices would meet your standards, as they all have pretty distinct (although all natural, non-artificial) flavor.

If nice, balanced fruity (and stressing once again, NATURAL) flavor is, what you prefer in your tea, then definitely give this brand a try, you will not regret!!

Wonderful Blueberry Aroma and Tasty!

This tea was purchased for my husband. He isn't a big tea drinker, but every now and then he indulges and seems to like only certain flavors. He had tried various brands of blueberry because that is a flavor he really enjoys and couldn't find any that tasted good and were not loaded with other ingredients making it taste different than he wanted it to. It would appear there isn't a tea made that is just blueberry. Long story short we saw The Republic of Tea brand in a nice tin and decided it was worth trying because it had only black tea along with Wild Blueberry. Well, it is a hit! He really likes it.

The predominant flavor in this tea is the black tea, but the blueberry comes through quite well and he is finally satisfied that he has found a blueberry tea he can enjoy! These are small round tea bags that fit in this tin which helps keep them clean, dry and probably staying fresher. The aroma is absolutely wonderful when he makes a cup of this tea! Sometimes, because he uses a mug that is larger, he does need to use two bags of tea to have enough flavor. We are happy we tried this brand and we would recommend it.

Delicious hot or iced

I first tasted Republic of Tea's yummy ginger-peach tea at Panera Bread. It's soothing and delicious all by itself, but I especially enjoy it with a pastry or dessert. Just recently, I tried it iced, and let me just say that I'm hooked! The fresh peach notes and that slightly spicy, gingery bite make for a really refreshing iced tea--no sweetener needed. I've always been an English-breakfast-tea girl, but I can't get enough of this fragrant blend!

Best Tea On The Market

I love blackberry anything and love blackberry sage tea even more. I've been drinking Republic for at least thirteen years now, first introduced to it when we sold it and served it in a bookstore where I worked. Republic of Tea is the best brand by far, and worth the price. Yes, it is a bit higher than some basic teas on the market but you get what you pay for. I enjoy it hot or cold.

One single bag will do for a single cup to sip. If you are going to make a larger batch of cold tea, I suggest boiling about 5 bags together in a few cups of water, or add them to a gallon to sit out for sun tea. I enjoy it with sugar or honey.

I love keeping the tin afterwords to store buttons or coins in. My favorites are Ginger Peach, Mango Ceylon, and of course, the Blackberry Sage. I can honestly say I don't care for anything else that is mango flavored other than Republic. And their Blackberry is one of the best!

If you are new to tea or a loyal tea sipper, I highly recommend Republic of Tea if you haven't tried it already. I have never been dissatisfied by any of their products.

Smooth, Mild And Fruity., but not 'too' fruity...And My Favorite From Flavor Of Republic Of Tea

Some fruity teas almost taste like a dessert cordial, but this tea is mild enough to drink everyday or just as a special treat.
I make a full pot in my Breville Tea Maker and even when it gets strong it has no edge or bitterness to it.

It's a very "tea" tea.

It's smooth, but not necessarily sweet and is perfect on it's own or as a breakfast tea, or special enough to have in pace of dessert after a light meal
It's hard to find at any store near us so I order two at a time (also less expensive than buying in the store when I do happen to find it./
Always has always tasted very fresh when I get it it.

This is my favorite bagged black tea. The vanilla flavor isn't overwhelming, and the almond gives a pleasant nuttiness to the drink. It's delicious on its own or with almond milk. The tin keeps the tea fresh for a long time and is much nicer than a cardboard box in the cupboard.
