      I came across an R/C car in my lineup that was mostly Metric, but the Differential Housings used 1/16" Hexes. I only had one 1/16" bit in my toolkit, and it immediately started to round the fasteners. I already own the MIP Metric tools and knew that if I had any chance of saving those screws, or even just getting them out without having to drill them out, I'd need a quality tool. I didn't hesitate to spend the money on this tool for a single purpose, because I know it saved me tons of time, but also probably saved me buying additional screws, and possibly also a new diff housing. This tool extracted those screws with ease, even the one I rounded the most. Good tools are worth it. My only regret is that I didn't learn that early on in my R/C building history. Would have saved me time and money.

      I love the quality of the MIP tools. The hollow ground tip of their hex drivers really lasts, and makes a very positive engagement in the screw head. The handle quality is great, and very comfortable to use. Driver shaft length is perfect for everyday use. I can’t recommend these enough.

      I’ve tried an awful lot of hex drivers over the years. I’ve paid considerably more. But these MIP tools are king, and where I get my RC tools now.

      i used this hex driver to remove a set of titanium screws that were seized into threads of a titanium tube. I was nearly ready to drill the screws out before someone recommended this driver. I never expected it to break the screws free but it did. Simply amazing quality. every other hex wrench I tried stripped out. but not this one... worth every penny. always use the right tool and never skimp on quality..
