I like Now Brands, and was pleased with the quality of the packaging and the pills.

These are comparable in size to fish oil pills, which means that swallowing may prove a challenge for some.

Also, there is no research proving this product's efficacy in humans. Yeah, it works in rats--but in doses that would be impossible for a person to take.

I went through two bottles, and it may have done a little bit. Diet is 80% of the determining factor of your body composition, and this is not a miracle fat-cure.
