Was bought this puzzle over 25 years ago and was lost. Can't wait to have this back again. I'm glad I found it.

I like the idea of 3D Sculpture Puzzles. I bought this one primarily because it was my second attempt and I was curious as to how it works. Even now, when I know how the levels were designed, the finished product still makes me wonder.

The twist is that each layer is numbered, but the puzzle is not assembled in numerical order. The idea is to match the shapes not to just stack them. If you enjoy puzzles: having to figure out where everything goes with no guide except the box cover, you'll enjoy this. It is fun for me to think about the engineering that went into creating this. Try it, you'll understand.

A word of warning: the puzzle is made of high-grade cardboard. Be aware of that when you reach out to pick it up for the first time. It's heavy. Being cardboard you'll want to keep it safe from wet, sticky, situations. The cardboard isn't sealed and will pick up fingerprints or coffee stains. The finished sculpture reacts well to a light dusting now and then.

There aren't too many of these 3D puzzles left. I got it as a gift to my grandma who did the Darth Vader one years ago.

Very well made, and looks beautiful on a shelf after it's done. It took several hours to construct, but worth it. It would be a good one for senior citizens.
