I found my first one at a Franklin Covey store many, many, many years ago. I still have that original one that I always carry in my purse. I use the toothpick, tweezers, scissors, and nail file the most of all its many tools. I have even used the pen a few times. Since finding this on Amazon, I have purchased and given this as a gift at least 10 times in the last 7+ years, and they are all still in use! It is one of my favorite gifts to give. I know a couple of people I gave this to went on and ordered this to give as gifts for their family members.

Care Tips for Swiss Army Knives
The various tools of a swiss army knife are manufactured from high-quality steel with precisely tuned features that are essential for the particular application. The steel is tempered, annealed and polished to achieve the necessary hardness and provide optimum resistance to corrosion. With it's unique build Swiss Army Knives require easy but particular care. Use the recommendations below to keep your knife at it's peak functionality.
- SHARPENING: Use a whetstone at an angle of 15°– 20°. This will result in a cutting angle of 30°– 40°. If sharpening on a grinding wheel, cool with plenty of water to avoid excessive temperatures.
- CLEANING: Open and close the blades in warm water several times. When they have dried it is recommended to apply a small drop of oil between the blade, tool shank and the spring or locking mechanism.
- WARNING: Never put Swiss Army Knives in the dishwasher.
- RECOMMENDATION: Swiss Army Knife Oil (Item No.4.3301). FEATURES: (1) neutral odor and taste, (2) highly resistant to aging, (3) good wear and corrosion protection qualities, and (4) Food safe

This product is a must HAVE!
I've always loved these! I had been given one as a gift which I gave to my mother in law then purchased two more, one for myself and my brother in law! They're so convenient and easy to use. Small and discreet I can keep in my purse or wallet to tuck away till I need to use it. Great for moms in the go or working moms/Dads! Also great for travel!
