    Thanks!!!!

I received the puzzle on February 16th. I opened it and the smell made me sick. I got an instant headache from the smell.
It smelled like it had been in a old musty house. Some of the puzzle pieces pictures were torn or crinkled. That's the reason I am returning the puzzle and why I gave it 2 stars.

I was disappointed in this puzzle because they said it was LIKE NEW and it was not because the puzzle pieces were missing parts of the paper on a lot of the puzzle pieces.

I actually quite like the puzzle itself. It takes a while to get used to the 3D element. In a sense, it ends up being something you work on mostly in 2D to make a section of wall at a time, and then assemble those together to turn it into something 3D. The end result was looking pretty nice. While it's fussy to work on when you're putting it together at some stages, it held together well once big chunks were assembled.

The big downside is a serious annoyance that I had about the packaging. It seemed that every picture was of the front of the puzzle. For a puzzle that was supposed to be of average difficulty, it was really obnoxious to have to do a lot of guessing and experimenting on the rear side to try to figure out exactly which colors should go where, because I couldn't find any images on the box that would make it clear what the back was intended to look like. (I had the complete packaging. It wasn't as if I had a used item that might have been missing something.)

Had the puzzle been rated challenging, or something like that, it would've been sensible enough. For something that's rated for ages 8 and up and said to be difficulty average, it doesn't seem like you ought to have to engage in a "guess and check" kind of strategy to figure out what part of it looks like.
