Indications

SUGGESTED USAGE: Take 2 capsules with each meal (more should be used by individuals with compromised digestive systems). When you experience occasional indigestion, or for nighttime discomfort, open 2 capsules and mix in 2 to 4oz of room temperature water. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. Heat destroys enzymes. After taking Nexium for 2 years I decided to discontinue after reading about possible long term side effects. I experienced a lot of acid reflux with burning. I had taken AbsorbAid in the past but could no longer find it in stores. I ordered AbsorbAid immediately after finding it on Amazon. I am happy to report that it seems to have neutralized the acid and I’m feeling much better. Great product!

I 've been using Absorbaid for years after developing acid reflux and getting hooked on Nexium. I read an article by a doctor who had also getting hooked on Nexium. It works but once you use it,if you try to get off it,the acid reflux gets much worse. He wrote that the problem isn't too much acid but rather not enough digestive enzymes/acid to properly digest our food because those enzymes diminish as we age. He had several suggestions, one of them was to take digestive enzymes. Absorbaid happened to be the one he used. It works for me and this is the best price I've been able to find.

I have ibs and acid relux and have taken so many over the counter as well as prescription meds and also my gastroenterologist had me on generic prilosec for over a year which you are only supposed to take it temporarily because its not good for your kidneys.I dont normally write reviews but absorbaid for digestion is the only thing I have taken that actually helps especially with my ibs.I can actually eat lunch at work everyday without worrying about finding the bathroom right after.I only have an episode maybe once a month where it used to be several times a week.I havnt had acid reflux in months.I still get a little heartburn every now and then and I just chew a duofusion tablet and it gets better.I also take two absorbaid with water before I eat lunch and dinner.I can tell a difference if I forget.Hope it helps someone as much as it had helped me!

I've been using AbsorbAid for nearly 15 years, and I love them. I've tried many full-spectrum digestive enzymes and I find these to be the best fit for my body. Other digestive enzymes are too potent and digest all my food for me, leaving me with, well, time in the bathroom that you don't want me to describe in a review. I take two of these with a large meal, and I find myself more easily able to digest food, especially when eating out (you never really know what restaurants are putting in the food, not to mention the cross-contamination from pots and pans I'm sure they're not cleaning in between cooking entrees). I never eat out or travel without some AbsorbAid! It has saved me from an unhappy stomach for many years.
