I take this for arterial health and have been for a long time. I also put flaxseed in my smoothies. I'm sixty five and no issues but I know we don't get healthier when we get older unless we try. I won't use fish oil product as I'm a vegetarian and there is no reason when there are so many alternatives. Love Nature Made products as they are quality brands that are affordable.
