I like the price and absolutely love the texture of my skin after using this oil. I am older, 70, and my skin has been feeling unbalanced for a while. First I poured some oil into my palm and rubbed it around my hands. Then I applied it to my freshly washed face. Amazing! My skin drank it up and became so smooth. After five minutes I proceeded to apply my liquid foundation using a Real Techniques Sponge. Wow! Amazing results! My foundation seemed to meld into my skin easily and oh so evenly. It lasted all day and looked great until I washed my face at night. Usually my makeup breaks down somewhat during the day. But that changed after using Now Solutions Johoba oil. It is a real game changer for my mature skin.
I find the oil seems to get on the outside of the bottle so I just wipe around the cap and bottle after each use to keep it nice and clean. That's a simple trade off for my soft and smooth skin.
I have begun using this oil all over my body lately. The results are wonderful. I am excited that I can stay hydrated easily with just one product. And now my only problem is tossing all of my old moisturizers and balms. My cupboards and vanity will look uncluttered and tidy. Sooo Happy with my new oil!

Also, it’s a great hair moisturizer and detangler. Lather in with shampoo before conditioning for soft, manageable hair. Makes both our hair easy to comb through. A beauty staple.

This is my second time ordering and now i have a subscription set into place. I lather into my body when i'm done with my shower before i step out of the tub. It's made my skin so soft and healthy. I also put some on my lips after a lil scrub and it makes them very soft as well.
It doesn't have much of a smell to it. I might change out the bottle to a pump or something a little more aesthetically pleasing.

I've also did the math on many other jojoba oils and the total amount ratio. This is the best deal for organic jojoba oil. The 16oz size is better than getting the larger one. at least for me.

Now, I admit I was hesitant upon reviewing this product, as I will go to any lengths not to jinx what I've seen as a decent difference in the quality of my skin so far. Hopefully this product isn't a fluke, but right now, I honestly don't think that it is. Let's go into more detail on my skin's history and present state, so I can really show how wonderful jojoba oil has been to me.

In the past, I have had breakouts. Not very severe, just a few pimples here and there on my skin, nothing major at all. You could say I lucked out in the genes department when it came to acne, for some time at least. About a year ago, during my second year of college, my skin progressively got worse and worse, and I had no idea why. So I made some changes to my routine - I slept earlier, limited my dairy/gluten intake, ate healthily, started taking turmeric pills, exercised more often. All in the name of good skin again! However, to no avail. All over my face, I started developing little whiteheads, the sort of acne that takes its sweet time to surface, and when it does, not pretty! My face felt bumpy, and I dreaded putting on moisturizer in the morning, looking in the mirror (especially in bright lighting). In a desperate attempt to regain my self-confidence, I turned to jojoba oil, ordered this because of the raving compliments. Every night for the past week or so, I put about 2-3 drops on my fingertips and massaged on my face. Throughout the night, I left this product on my skin, praying for a miracle. No miracle, since I still have some bumps/whiteheads to deal with, but my face is now noticeably clearer. Jojoba oil cannot be touted as a miracle all-in-one type of deal, but what it can do for you is facilitate the recovery to healthier looking skin. Just keep with incorporating good exercise and eating habits into your life, get your beauty rest, and use this along with some tea tree oil to keep those pimples at bay, and I think that you will see a difference sooner or later. Genetics is one thing, but taking care of yourself before anything bad happens is another!

I am really, really loving this oil. It's the first jojoba oil I get, but I've been using it for several months now and I'm still just below the top of the label. I bought it for my stretch marks, and it's been working on those! But I also use it to moisturize now, and as a beard and hair oil... it's amazing.

I read that there oil is the closest thing to the human sebum that our skin has, so applying it to the skin and scalp is one of the best thing to moisturize with. And this brand has the cheapest price I can find without going into bulk territory.

Pros: Good price, good size too lasts a while. I use it almost every day. Makes beard shine and shapeable, makes my hair darker, wetter looking and more shapeable, and on my face it even gets rid of pimple scars and stretch marks on my body. Very, very great oil.

Cons: None. At all. Get this product. I will use this stuff for the rest of my life, pretty sure it will keep me looking young and healthy and it's the best thing to use for hair(s)!

Methods:

1. Add a tiny bit of pure essential oil in the jojoba: rosemary, lavender, peppermint, tea tree. I like it on days I am home, I wet my hair and gently rub the oils carefully on my thinning hair. And I don't mind that my hair looks a bit greasy.

2. I also like it after shampooing too: add just 2 drops in the conditioner and apply gently to the wet hair. keep for 2-3 minutes, rinse and dry.

Expensive shampoos did not help my thinning, aging hair all these years, but these oils brought out true healthy looking hair. My hair used to be flat and lifeless. Now it looks almost like it has more volume, because the oil brought more bounciness and waves.

I use it after bath. What I like about jojoba oil for the body is: non sticky, light, absorbs fast, does not irritate my super sensitive skin. Have been using it for a year but far I have not noticed any significant changes on wrinkles, added firmness.

Best bang for your buck deal for jojoba oil on amazon.ca! I ordered this after being swindled by "H & B Oils Center" jojoba oil which turned out to be cheap sunflower oil. This stuff, on the other hand, is the real deal. Although not organic, this is genuine jojoba and very high quality at that. I actually enjoy the slightly nutty/smokey smell. Also apparently the bottle contains a UV protectant so even though the oil isn't in an amber/cobalt blue colored bottle, it should still be light stable. The only complaint I've heard with this product is the cap mechanism getting gunky and attracting mold, eventually, if not cleaned often. To avoid this altogether, I just decant some of the oil from this large bottle into a smaller bottle (for daily use) by unscrewing the cap instead of using the pop-up mechanism. Excellent product itself! Will purchase again when I run out in a year or so!
