Amazing Joint Relief

I ran cross country in high school and have been doing long distance running most of my adult life. I am now 52 years old and although I am in good physical shape, my knees often ache from all of the pounding of running. My natural remedy for this is as follows. First, I take Schiff Joint Care on a daily basis, it contains high quality glucosamine and chondrontin to help lubricate my knees. Next, I take Nutratech Turmeric Turmeric Plus –Turmeric 95% Curcumin with Bioperine every day, it contains the highest potency turmeric along with bioprene to help the turmeric get fully absorbed into my body and drastically reduces inflamation. Finally, I soak in a hot bath of Epsom salts at night on the days that I run, it helps relieve pain and reduce swelling, and also helps me sleep. If you are looking for a good, basic joint supplement at a good price, Schiff Move Free is a good product. It contains Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM and does help some with joint pain. If you don’t mind spending a little extra money and want a complete joint formula with over 26 ingredients, try Ostaflex –Relief from Severe Joint Ache with Glucosamine, MSM, & Chondroitin I have been using it for a month and it works amazingly well.

Hard to Swallow

These Schiff pills are somewhat effective if you can swallow them, the tablets are huge, and although they are coated, are very hard to swallow. I much prefer Ostaflex –Relief from Severe Joint Ache with Glucosamine, MSM, & Chondroitin
– the tablets are easier to swallow and the product is more complete with 20 plus joint relieving ingredients. Give it a try.

Move Free is miraculous!

I don't usually review anything but books or movies, but I have to give my testimony to this amazing product. For whatever reason, I experienced severe knee pain for more than 4 years in my mid 20s. I could not put the slightest weight on either of my knees, although one was worse than the other. Since I was quite active in sports and hiking, this was a major handicap for me. At first I thought it would get better over time, but it didn't, so I figured this was a cross I would have to bear for the rest of my life. Then I saw Move Free in Walmart and decided to try it. I noticed a slight improvement within the FIRST FEW DAYS. I noticed a MAJOR improvement within a few weeks. Within a few months, my knees were back to full strength. I kept using it for about 7 months and then stopped because I felt that I didn't need it anymore. It has been about 4 years now since I used it, and my knees are still in optimum condition. As I understand it, the product is supposed to actually replenish the joint cartilage. Whatever it does, it worked for me and I swear by it.

Excellent results after one month of use

I have developed joint issues in my knees after years of abusing them running around with too much weight. One knee surgery did little to help the problem, and a knee replacement is not something I'm ready to do just yet. So glucosamine supplements have been part of my daily routine for a couple years now. I definitely notice a difference in my problems when I'm not taking the supplements, but haven't really paid too much attention to the effectiveness of one over the other. But asked to review Schiff Move Free, I wanted to try and really see how it compared to my current favorite, the liquid, but fairly expensive Symtec Joint Movement.

One of the problems I've had with many glucosamine tablets is the large size of the pill. These coated tablets though I found a bit easier to swallow than others I've tried and didn't leave any nasty pill taste behind as some do. I used the entire 80-count bottle, taking the recommended dose of 2 a day to test how they did, and was really pleased with the results. Definitely an improvement in my mobility and a reduction in pain levels. I have been able to do some fairly difficult hikes that in the past would have been very problematic for my bad knees, and now that I've gotten used to the tablets, I don't find the size quite as objectionable. I would definitely purchase the Schiff Move Free again, due to the excellent results that I had.

This stuff is fantastic!

I've tried lots of over the counter variations of MSN, Condroitin, and Glucosamine with varying degrees of success, and the prescription poisons Celebrex and Vioxx, and most recently Lodine, the old school prescription arthritis medicine. Nothing so far has done what Move Free has done. As a long time arthritis sufferer I'd be stiff after sitting for any length of time and it would take a few minutes after standing up to be able to walk normaly. Not any more! After the first few weeks of using Move Free I noticed less and less stiffnes in my joints and can now walk immediately upon standing (which is a HUGE win, especially after driving and getting out of the car!). After about three months I stopped taking the Lodine to see what would happen, and haven't taken it again since. As an added bonus the reduction in stiffness and arthritis pain has also improved my mood a hundredfold.

My 80 year old mother, who also has a bad case of arthitis, noticed the difference in me and started taking Move Free and it's made her a lot more mobile than she was after just a month.

I'm not usually one to review products knowing that there are many who are dying to share their opinion on just about everything, but take it from this old cynical, skeptical osteo arthritic. This stuff really does what it claims to do at a reasonable price and is worth a try.

This is a very basic GC product, as to be expected by the price. Its no better than anything you would get at CVS or Walgreens, but sufficed to say, it does its job well enough. I did happen upon another product on Amazon called Triflexin, Triflexin - Alleviate Joint Pain and Stiffness. Rebuilds Damaged Cartilage and Connective Tissueswhich looked far superior just based on its ingredient profile, so I gave it a try. The Difference between these two is world’s apart. While the Move free works, the Triflexin made me feel 20 yrs younger, literally. I wcouldn’t believe how easily I could move around – However, it did take a solid month or more to really feel it, but it’s so worth it!
