You can use baking soda for everything...cleaning, cooking, and even heart burn (who would've known). I like that this brand is a cleaner brand than others, I've read numerous times that Arm and Hammer has heavy metals in it. We get enough of those in everything else so I appreciate that there are no metals in this brand.

I bought this product because I read that it’s the only natural baking soda on the market. The first time I used it I discharged a lot of mucus from my throat and my throat feels a lot better now, so I guess it’s removing stuff that shouldn’t be inside. I’m now on day two and will keep on drinking 1/4 teaspoon a day till I feel like I’m all cleaned out again.

I've been keto for 6 months and have started intermittent fasting and following Cole Robinson's Snake Juice Diet (basically hardcore fasting). This is much better quality and does not contain the extra nasties you can get with supermarket baking soda (bicarbonate of soda).

Snake Juice / Electrolyte powder recipe:

Potassium chloride =1 tsp

Sodium chloride (Himalayan Pink Sea Salt) = 1/2 tsp

Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda - I use Red Mill) = 1 tsp

Magnesium Sulphate (food grade Epsom Salts) = 1/2 tsp

Mixed in 2 litres of water.

I don't get constipated, I avoid keto flu and I'm more able to do extended fasts as I'm replacing the electrolytes lost. Product took a couple of days to arrive.

I find this brand so much better. It can be used with other natural ingredients for home cleaning, for personal hygiene, use that is often found in YouTube videos, in addition for culinary use. It's always useful having a carton of this around.
