For the conqueror in every truck, Jeep or SUV owner, the ARIES grille guard offers the tough, trail-ready look you demand. It begins with a one-piece frame of 1/4" thick welded plates and 1-1/2" mandrel-bent tubing for a solid build. Each one is made with a vehicle-specific design for a better fit, easier install and more secure mounting. The side brush guards are custom-bent to contour to the profile of your vehicle, while the mounting brackets are positioned for a no-drill application. This means pre-existing factory holes are used to ensure optimum fitment and less vibration. This particular custom grille guard fits specific years of the Chevy Blazer and S-10 (see application info to verify). The ARIES grille guard also makes it easy to customize the look of your vehicle. Not only does the crossbar have two pre-drilled holes for mounting aftermarket LED lights, but many of our grille guards are also available in two finish options -- polished stainless steel or semi-gloss black steel. The stainless steel grille guard is made with 304 stainless, being high in nickel content and truly resistant to rust and corrosion. This option comes with a mirror-like polished finish for a definitive shine. The semi-gloss black grille guard is made with high-strength carbon steel for added strength. It features a tough, dual-layer E-coat and black powder coat finish to protect against rust, scratches and the elements. All ARIES grille guards also come with rubber stripping along the risers to protect the frame against scuffs and scratches.

Customizable crossbar The crossbar of most ARIES brush guards is designed with pre-existing holes for the placement of auxiliary lights. Also, the headlight cages are removable to offer the option of a customized look.	Custom fit The integration of the 1-1/2-inch mandrel-bent steel tubing and the 1/4-inch grill guard risers is seamless, as the parts blend perfectly with the contours of each individual truck, Jeep and SUV.	No-drill mounting To eliminate the need for drilling and ensure a rigid grille guard mount, the risers are designed to be bolted onto the factory holes already made in the vehicle’s frame.

Two durable finish options

Two finish options -- powder-coated black carbon steel and mirror-like stainless steel -- are available for the ARIES grille guard.

The polished stainless grille guard is made from 304 stainless steel, so it readily resists corrosion and rust due to the high level of nickel it contains.

The powder-coated black grille guard is fashioned from strong carbon steel for added protection for your vehicle’s front end. Due to its semi-gloss finish, the black powder coating readily resists scratches and oxidation.

In addition, each finish option comes with the same rubberized striping along the vertical risers of the grille guard, providing additional protection for the finish.


Improved fitment and rigidity Since they are specifically made for certain vehicles, ARIES grille guards offer easier installation, better fitment and enhanced rigidity, resulting in fewer vibrations.	No drilling necessary The uniform, single-piece construction of each ARIES grill guard attaches to the front of the Jeep, truck or SUV using pre-existing factory holes, so no drill is needed for installation. Good for looks only! Ill fitting, light weight, and way overpriced. Fits 4 or 5 vehicles that are not GM, also, and the fit is VERY POOR at best, on any vehicle. Finish sucks. Fit sucks. Mounting sucks. You lose ground clearance. My Aries rack dragged a rock, damaged the truck, was removed, tied to the roof, brought out of the desert, and sold for scrap. Overall, this whole product sucks. I have seen blind mentally challenged chimpanzees make better products than this. Save your money and find a moron with a welder and a pipe bender. I am total idiot and can make a brush guard that is 1000x better than this pile of junk. Notice the bottom front rocker panel/pan is black and does not match the champagne rocker panels. This rack is why that piece was damaged beyond repair. This rack caught a rock & folded into the front body pan, grille, and bumper. No rack would have been better. The rock would have not hit the mounting rails. The mounting rails were so thin and flimsy they folded into the grille like a wet cardboard box. I found a much better rack for $100 less with free shipping.

Took three months to show up, it already has rust on all the bolt four weeks after installation. Ripped a chunk of rubber off one the front uprights by bumping a small pile of sandbox sand. Considering taking it off and using as a pattern for a real brush guard.

With some minor adjustments and patients it fits good and looks even better. When installing it, take your time and don't tighten any bolts until sure it aligns properly. My only concern when I ordered it was "would there be sufficient clearance between the grill guard and the headlamps to allow for ease of changing headlamp bulbs" - NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL.
