I was extremely disappointed to find only 1 lb 10 Oz of Brazil nuts in my package!! (As shown in my photo)This is supposed to be a 2 Lb bag.The quality is good… But buyer beware!If you’re spending over $20 on a bag of nuts, you want to get the right amount.

Brazil nuts are good sources of complete proteins, meaning that they provide all of the essential amino acids needed for human growth and development, and required for muscle tissue repair. Most of the fat found in Brazil nuts is the healthy unsaturated varieties. And considering that you only need two to four nuts a day to get all these amazing health benefits this bag will last forever! Brazil nuts can be crushed and added to your favorite salad to provide some nice crunch. Toss 1 or 2 into your smoothie. Chopped and sprinkled on top of your favorite healthy dessert or yogurt. And having fresh Brazil nut butter with chocolate is A-MAZING. I highly recommend this product. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

These arrived perfectly packaged and ready to eat! I like them raw, but I can also put a few in a pan and roast them in the oven - - 350 for about 10 mins - - stir every couple of minutes to make sure they don't burn. Then remove and cool, eat. I like them both ways, and these are WONDERFUL Brazil nuts They are fresh, flavorful and so good. One can chop them up to use in cookies, etc. I just eat them plain with a sandwich or meat or all by themselves as a snack. This is a great product and you won't be disappointed. This is a LOT of nuts, but they go very fast because they are so good. 5+++ stars!
Thesse can also be chopped very finely and used to make Brazil nut shortbread - - a bit like Mexican Wedding Cakes all dipped in powdered sugar and DELIGHTFULLY ADDICTIVE!
