There are a variety of small staplers out there but imho Tim Holtz' product is great! The stapler's design is very comfortable to the hand, and the punching power needed is slight. This can be important if you are making several (20 or more) of the same product/craft ( i.e. mini clusters) and your hand begins to fatigue. The reach is adequate as well. The tool itself is not too bulky and will fit in a drawer with other craft tools. One important point: Remember to buy the extra staples as well!

I waited a long time to get this little stapler.
I was excited to get it in yesterday’s mail. Unfortunately mine was defective. It was bent on the inside making it impossible to open it correctly and then to load staples. I was going to return it but my talented husband was able to repair it. I’m hoping it doesn’t make for a jamming problems. Here’s to hoping for lots of successful attaching to my cards and journals.

If you want tiny staples this will do it. Because the staples are so small I had a little trouble loading it. It jammed on me once and it was difficult to clear. However I like it and does work for what I need. I think they should have supplied more staples as the tiny ones will not be easy to find. A tad overpriced but I am happy with the product. And I like the shape for easy use.

My initial purpose for this mini stapler was to use when making my own greeting cards and crafts. I found another use for it last week when packing cookies for a bake sale. The small staples are easier to remove than full size ones, yet they did an admirable job of keeping the packages together. This is a practical everyday tool to have around when you need to work in a corner or small space of a card or scrapbook page, or when a regular staple is too large or heavy. I also like the simple, practical and easy method of reloading staples. It has been a useful addition to my crafting toolbox.
