The Good:
Light, almost entirely made of super light plastic.
Lots of blades for air movement
In my opinion, no LEDs which attracts bugs at night. Nothing more fun then finding spiders and insect bodies on the bottom of your case! (Sarcasm if you missed it)
Potential 90 CFM. For a 120 mm fan, that's awesome.
Comes with 3 pin converter to Molex (4 pin)

The Bad:
Somewhat loud, but hardly as bad as some other fans. 19 Decibels isn't bad.
Not free?

Conclusion:

Excellent buy for the price. Hard to find another 120 mm case fan that moves that much air for the same price.

The flat screen monitor gets hot from its own reflected heat from inside the "cubbie" of the computer cabinet, so I added this fan to cool the monitor. The fan works great.

The fan is mounted at the back of the cubbie in the floor, which also cools the UPS and the VoIP module (Magicjack Plus). The fan is mounted with Bgears 120mm filter grill, Bgears wire grill finger guard and a Ultra vibration dampener.

The fan is powered by a 12VDC CCTV AC power adapter with a 2.1 x 5.5 male power jack. To power this fan you will need a 12VDC 0.5 Amp (or 500 ma) minimum. This fan is energy efficient. It uses only 4.2 to 4.5 watts, which means that running 24/7 this fan will take 9 to 10 days to use 1 kilowatt of electricity. In addition, running 24/7/365 the fan would last about 6 years (50,000 hours).

Had to modify the included power cable meant for a computer tower/cabinet. I used a soldered 2.1 x 5.5 female power jack with screw over housing because prefer soldered connectors, but you can use a CCTV 2.1 x 5.5 female power jack adapter (which are relatively afforded in multipacks here on Amazon) with screw terminals. (There are some posted photos.)

As with any "muffin" box style fans, using a filter will reduce airflow slightly. A rule of thumb is 10% to 15% depending on the filter, the cutout the fan is mounted to, etc.

This fan's 69.69 CFM with the filter on the intake side results is an airflow around 60 CFM give or take in this application, which is still 1 CFS (cubic foot per second). More than enough in many applications.

I used the included screws to mount the wire grill (finger guard and wires too) to the fan exhaust side. I lost one set of screws (bought 2 fans) and found that replacements can be purchased.

I’ve written only 1 other review in my life & it was because of a very positive experience I had with an Amazon seller. So reviews are rare for me, & negative/complaint reviews are non-existent, until now. I’ve ordered computer components from many companies over the years & Cooler Master takes the cake for the worst customer service & policies (practiced, not written) I have ever encountered.
I ordered 2 Cooler Master computer case fans on the same Amazon order about 5 months ago. In particular the “Cooler Master SickleFlow 120 - Sleeve Bearing 120mm Silent Fan for Computer Cases, CPU Coolers, and Radiators (Smoke Color)”, which has turned out to be anything but silent. Within a month the fan got louder upon computer start up, but settled down as it ran for a bit. I wish I had addressed it then, because Amazon would have handled it at this point with class, speed & efficiency, as they always do. The problem has gotten steadily worse. I believe it’s a bearing issue because when the fan starts up it is very loud now & vibrates the whole side of my PC case.
5 months have passed, so now it’s between me & Cooler Master because the fan comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty; well in theory. In reality it has no warranty if Cooler Master will not communicate or work with you. I got Cooler Master’s email address from the net & emailed my issue & information (along with a copy of original invoice) to them & never got a reply. I went on website & couldn’t find a contact #. They want you to sign up for a Cooler Master Fanzone account. I have enough accounts to manage & didn’t want another one, so I called Amazon who responded immediately.

I have three of these now two as CPU coolers (from a Cooler Master V-10) and one for exiting the CPU heat from the chassis in the back. and these work great they are quiet and move a lot of air. at 1300RPMs (out of 2000) I can feel the air. I have seen temperatures of 87.8F degrees at idle. I recommend these fans if you choose air cooling. the added color is cool to.

Just got two of these today and installed them. They are a little noiser than the masscool 120mm fans that were inside previously. I will say due to the higher air flow rate they cooled my cpu and MB temps by about 3 maybe 4 degrees. So for the money I paid they are a decent deal, it would be nicer if they came with a fan control to lower their r.p.m. to reduce some noise.

Very large commutation noise, especially when PWM is enabled. The noise disappears when power is removed and before the fan stops completely. Otherwise a good fan, air flow seems to be good, even after a filter is added.
