Great product; decent packaging

So, I have this on my subscribe and save. I have to cut dairy, and I use a lot of nutritional yeast to add the "cheesy" flavor to sauces, hummus, popcorn, and other foods. I'm a fam. I've tried a few brands, and Bragg's is my fav. It has a clean flavor with no bitterness.

The big bag is very cost efficient. I honestly use it to refill my shaker bottle, seal the bag, put that in a large ziplock, and store in my pantry. I've not had an issue with freshness this way. How long the bag lasts varies for me, but other foods not sealded correctly would go stale in this time.

I have gotten a delivery where the bag arrived ripped inside the Amazon package. Completely sliced through (and no, I do not use knives or scissors to open my packages, so it wasn't me). Amazon was quick to send a replacement item- I did have to send them the damaged item back, but the replacement was sent out immediately, so there was really only a two day delay. I thought it was handled quickly and easily for me, so I'm not knocking anything off the review for that mishap.

This is by far the most economical and convenient way in which to purchase nutritional yeast that I have encountered. Nutritional yeast does not last long in my house, so being able to purchase a larger quantity at once is a must.

Not only does this nutritional yeast have a distinct, pleasant cheese-like flavor without any of the dairy or lactose, it is fortified with B-vitamins (including B12), making it both nutritious and delicious. Put it in dips and sauces, marinades and soups, or use it as a cornstarch alternative. It also gives freshly-popped popcorn a delicious cheesy flavor. Even if you are not plant-based or dairy-free, you will be able to find good use for this golden goodness.

I use Braggs nutritional yeast in place of shredded cheese in many recipes, such as eggplant parmesan. I still put real cheese on top, but replace the inner layers with Braggs. Much healthier, and absolutely delicious. As for salads, I sprinkle Braggs on, and as it mixes with olive oil, lemon juice, and avocado, it makes the yummiest dressing. So healthy and so delicious! A real kitchen staple for us.
