Works great at pulling toxins out. Great to use in cases of food poisoning and disturbed digestion. Wonderful product to use while trying to clear mucous from the intestinal tract. A naturopath recommended it for that use although I think he said 4 in the a.m. and 4 in the p.m. for one month? Maybe just 4 a day. He recommended cape aloe as a way to combat the anticipated issues with taking so much charcoal. This is also a hangover remedy, best taken the next morning. Never before drinking or you will be like Captain America and unable to get a buzz from drinking. Never take with medications - ever! This should be a part of every first aid and I like Nature's Way - it's a good price.

I brush my teeth at least 3 times a day however no matter what i did after 30 min of brushing my teeth I could feel the bad breath coming on. I have no cavities or dental issues and when searching online for bad breath it was always attributed to dental health or the foods you eat, to a point i found the foods you eat is does contribute, but more often than not what you end up concluding when searching for remedies online is that the problem is in your mouth and you need this product to clean it. it took me many years to finally figure out the issue and start looking from the inside, and looking at the stomach. With that in mind i came across some remedies online and read about activated charcoal i gave it a try and it turned out to be the best thing ever. It worked where so many solutions and products failed. Once you start taking this what you will notice is the bad breath smell will literally come out of when you go to the bathroom to relief yourself the 1st week or 2. It was at this point that i knew this was going to work. what the product does, any activated charcoal product, is capture any toxins in your body that your system has problems breaking down and digesting and then this gets removed from your body naturally when you go to the bathroom. With activated charcoal you will no longer get that warm, gross hot air coming out of your mouth feeling. you will feel like its much cleaner and pure when you bread. I currently take 2 a day and i have never had an issue since. If your bad breath that is not due to dental hygiene i highly suggest you give this a try. It has worked for me and i just want to spread the work on this cure in hopes that it helps other people. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Eh, this product is okay. Honestly, I bought it because I'd heard that it could make your stomach feel better if you take it during a stomach ache, but it never worked for me. But hopefully the charcoal really did help remove toxins from my body nonetheless. The one thing that I successfully used it for was to whiten my teeth. You split open the gel cap and mix the charcoal powder with water. Just a little water, as you want to make a paste. Then you can use your finger to put the paste on your teeth. After about 5-10 minutes, I rinse and can immediately see that my teeth appear more bright. I don't use the charcoal to whiten my teeth regularly though, so I'm not sure if my results would be even better if I used this product religiously.

I don't know if this did anything... I do know that it would turn my, uh, nose mucous black.. Gross. I was confused/concerned at first when I would blow my nose, and see BLACK mucus...but I quickly realized the cause.. Very strange. Would not recommend. Not worth the price, no noticeable effects, for me or my brother at least.
