Seems to be the only place I can find the small rolls is here on Amazon. Everywhere else has the larger bottles which are not terribly easy to carry on your person. I find these work better than other antacids, and the shipping was quick.

Awesome for getting rid of muscle cramps immediately

This is the stuff!!! I cannot explain why, but these nasty-chalky, peppermint tasting Tums work instantly on muscle cramps. None of the other flavors or the "peppermint" ones in the bottles works the same. I cannot explain, I just know what works. My mother gets leg cramps at night and is soooo miserable. I got her to start using these and the cramps disappear within seconds and she is back in bed.
I carry these with me on long distance bike rides. I don't get cramps often, but it seems a few friends do and I always come to the rescue.

Regular peppermint flavor, not fruity or chewy (great if you aren't into the newfangled antacids). The mint is pretty good for nausea, too. 500 mg tums are hard to find in drugstores anymore, much less in these nice, cheap little rolls. Everything is in a large bottle and/or 1000 mg now, except for the magnesium-based antacids that aren't recommended during pregnancy like these calcium-based ones. A 12-pack is a smart investment for pregnancy, to have them handy in various places.

Sucks that they stopped selling the peppermint in the bottles. I tried another brand, I think it was Rolaids, but it gets too crumbly and causes me to start coughing when those crumbs get caught in various areas of my mouth. Tums are the best, more of a chalky consistency. All ends up sort of dissolving in your mouth pretty quickly. I'd rather have the larger extra strength ones though, and I'd rather get them in the more reasonably priced and convenient bottle. I hate going to stores, but that's what I do for these now, but the generic version (which is just as good). For whatever reason, peppermint flavor just works for your heartburn way better than any of the others, especially the fruity ones.
