Here's some info on the battery from Power Manager (taken immediately after installing the battery):

Manufacture date: 2011-04-26
First used date: 2011-04 (battery arrived at 85% charge)
Design capacity: 57.60 Wh (original: 66 Wh)
Full charge capacity: 54.24 Wh

The fit is fine, not tight, not loose, looks almost exactly like the original.

Judging by charge capacity and first use date, not quite as good as the original, but at a third of the price, I think this battery is an amazing deal. I may never buy a replacement battery from the laptop manufacturer again.

Good replacement battery

Battery fits well in my x61 tablet and I get 3 to 4 hours of battery life with it (at least that's what my battery meter says). Granted it isn't as long as my original Lenovo battery, but for the price, I'm very happy with it - beats buying a new laptop or a genuine battery. I was most concerned about the fit when ordering, but it fits and looks like the original and I don't see any problems in quality with it. As a side note, this is only meant to fit the tablets and not the non-tablet thinkpads.

Superb price/performance for my X60 tablet.

This is a great deal for a 8-cell battery. Battery is compatbile with Lenovo ThinkVantage Power Manager with no indication or warning from the software of using aftermarket battery. The battery cell I bought is indicated by the Power Manager to be made from Sony. Although the 8-cell battery does stick out much more than the standard 4-cell battery, it gives me at least 3-4 hours of usage under medium load versus 1-2 hours on my 4-cell. Fitment is ok, but great. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase.

Works fine. Lenovo power management in my x61t thinks it's genuine to boot, so no silly message every two minutes from it yelling about the battery. Get a good 7 hours if I just use it at home with low brightness to read, 4 or so if I'm actually doing something that uses the CPU. Owned it for a couple months so far, so consider this is a short term review, if it screws up later down the road I'll be back to complain.

I have been using this replacement battery on my X61 tablet for almost a year now and it works flawlessly. The size is bigger than the factory battery, i.e., it increases the depth of the tablet by about an inch, but the substantial price difference (about 1/3 the cost) more than makes up for this inconvenience. I will purchase another when this one dies.
