The most unforgettable winners and contestants from the hit franchise The Bachelor reunite for the new series Bachelor Pad. The first "all-star" reunion from past seasons of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, this competitive reality show features the participants living together under one roof. The now-single contestants have the chance to win a cash prize ... and maybe even find "the one."
I love the reality shows that eventually has a winner or a loser or both! I purchased both season One and Season Two and watched them all in two days. It was difficult to turn them off. I am a die hard "Bachelor" fan whether it be any of the spin offs or the original show.
Honestly you get this many people together from past Bachelor and Bachelorette shows and you are going to have a train wreck just waiting to happen.....a train wreck you just can't help but watch, of course. There are some of the contestants that I'm very happy to see go home early - noteably Craig, i.e. Mr Hair Product Galore. I swear that guy has to use more stuff on his hair in one week that what I used during my entire Senior year in Highschool in the 80s. And poor Weatherman - doesn't even get a name, they just call him the Weatherman. I still can't remember his name. It is sort of bittersweet seeing Gia and knowing how her story ends, wondering if there was something could have gone different to make a better ending for her. But long story short - This is not your usual Bachelor or Bachelorette type show. It does get a little infantile after a while when everyone starts to scheme and form their teams. Basically suited for those that are real die hard Bachelor/Bachelorette fans.....or someone that can't find absolutely anything else to watch at 3:00am in the morning.
