This is unbelievable!!! I was used to something awesome, like Chris Powell's show EXTREME WEIGHT LOSS, and I bought this Show and expected another great show, I can watch with my 11 year-old daughter. NO WAY !!! This show should be Rated "R , for sexual discussions " I was just shocked about all the sexual things they talk and referred to, in this Show and I did feel very uncomfortable, watching this with my daughter. I don't understand, if you want to watch a fitness show, why the people in there have to talk about " having a vaginal wedge , banning girls and so on ..... " !! This is gross for a fitness show. This Show is nothing like Chris Powell's show or any other fitness show I ever watched. I do not recommend this to anyone, who just loves clean show 's

Having been inspired by similar shows in the past I bought the entire season of this one. It started out very promising. One of the first things trainer Jackie Warner did was to insist those under her instruction eat only a low carb diet - something I've felt has been sorely missing from other shows that often endorse high carb products for no apparent motive other than profit. Jackie, whom I'd never seen before, seems to be a great trainer with an excellent program. Unfortunately for some reason a very minor percentage of the show showed actual workouts. Beyond Jackie the show falls apart. With apparently no possibility of being eliminated from the show participants seem to have little motivation to work, to eat right, to lose weight, or even to show basic respect to their trainer and fellow participants. With a couple of exceptions the group came across as a snotty privileged 'LA' type group talking about their personal chefs, drivers, laughing at other people who were crying during therapy sessions, etc. It was also flaming gay. I'm all for gay people being presented in the same healthy fashion as other people but things like a man in a pink tutu stroking his nipples are not what I'm tuning into such a show to see. In some episodes it seems like sex of any variety was talked about more than exercise or weight loss. To my mind this was the fault of the editors and producers who chose to emphasize such portions of the content. The result was I ended up hating most of these people and by the time the finale came around showing their weight loss I could barely keep my attention on it and was rooting for some of them to seriously fail because they were so vacuous, superficial, and obnoxious they didn't deserve it. All I really wanted to do with most of them was to kick them into a swimming pool.Read more ›

Let me precursor by saying I love Jackie Warner, I feel like she was robbed in Workout. As a cancer survivor I think that the "incident" was grossly over exaggerated. That being said, I hated this show. The clients were the most deplorable people I've ever seen. To say they're detached from the real world is an understatement. I understand that some people have more money than they know what to do with but seriously, don't let it turn you into a douchebag. If all you have is your personal chef, and a staff of 10, and you talk about it constantly... you really have nothing. Having a staff, no education, and no job is not an accomplishment. So if you buy this, be prepared to meet the most arrogant, lazy, and spoiled people ever lol.

Once again, Jackie Warner doesn't disappoint. The first season of her new show is packed full of the appropriate amount of drama and plenty of good advice and motivation. I'll look forward to the next season.

I started watching this show shortly after I gave birth to my baby and I had a lot of weight to lose. This show kept me motivated to lose all the baby weight and I did. People who know me can't believe how quickly I got in a killer shape before my baby even turned 1 year old.

This show was inspiring in a very raw and real way. It wasn't doctored up like some other reality shows about weight loss. Jackie knows what she's doing and genuinely cares about her clients. Bravo needs to give Jackie another chance with another season of this show!!

This series I liked because Jackie talked more about the education aspect of loosing weight and what it takes...she also showed the pitfalls of trying to loose weight in everyday life...in addition Jackie shows she actually cares about her clients and it was entertaining to get to know the person instead of her sexuality...The clients are a hoot and make you laugh especially the one women...thats all I will say...last but not least you wont have to look at a lot of games to learn more about what it takes to loose weight...priceless..worth taking a look at. Wish I could train with her.
