His videos on youtube and Vimeo as well as his PowerPoint slides are outstanding.
His encyclopaedic knowledge of food, health nutrition and agriculture is made all the more amazing by his effortless ability to engage with his audiences and impart his wisdom. This DVD is no exception. It is a must-watch by anyone with or likely to get cancer or involved in its treatment. My only regret is that it is not available on Amazon uk.
