One of the best kids albums out there, especially for sleep routines and night time.

I love this album so much, that my wife and I bought twenty copies to bring to baby showers, birthday parties, etc. Our son falls asleep to it every night --the album starts out with these incredibly lovable lullabies (that feel so familiar, like true classics, though they're totally refreshing and new) and then devolves into an acoustical dream-scape that can't help but lull our little guy into sweet dreams. We gave a copy to our son's Montessori school, and they've totally fallen in love with the album as well, and play it daily at nap time. It's just so gorgeous, you can't help but want to share it with the world.

This is a beautiful album. All of the songs are very sweet, and the music is interesting for adults as well as babies. We have listened to these songs over and over again (it really helps to quiet our daughter at bedtime), and have not gotten tired of them. I have even learned them and sing them to her myself. I highly recommend this for any parent looking for intelligent, lovely bedtime music.

We play this cd every night for our twin girls. It is stunningly beautiful so it's great for the babies and for the adults in our home. Essie Jain's voice is wonderful, the songs are original and the compositions are lovely. It's a favorite of ours.

This is a beautiful album from a talented musician. It starts with a cute song for children and gently leads into instrumental songs that do not jar sleeping babies through out the album.
