These are some very impressive soldering pencil tips. I have been using this brand soldering equipment for a few years now and have been very impressed with their build for the buck. this type tip is nice because the time required to reach working temp is very short and the recovery time is very fast. the heating element is integrated into the tip and to change tips is very easy. Another nice feature is the fact that if a heater goes bad you can just change the tip and you are back up and working no (tools required).
