Doterra Patchouli was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy he did. I have tried other Patchouli products but the scent did not stay. Obviously everyone's body chemistry is different, but Doterra's just works with mine. It's crazy, but I can smell it when I put it lightly behind my ears and on my chest, but after that I can't. Later in the day I have had people come up and compliment me and ask what I was wearing. Really catches me off guard. Anyway, this is the only brand I will buy.

Love the smell ....1-2 drops , especially when added with lemongrass or grapefruit in carrier oil - it tones down the citrus smell just a bit . Has a calming effect on those around you as well which comes in very handy . Others constantly remark after 10 to 15 minutes they suddenly feel calm and ask what perfume I'm wearing .
