doTERRA Lavender Essential Oil is one of my favorite go-to oils—I use it daily! I use it on bug bites to help stop itching or general skin irritations. Since I love the smell of lavender, I have added, along with several of my other favorite essential oils and an alcohol base, to glass spray bottles to use as an air freshener and linen spray. Spraying the sheets, pillows and pajamas at bedtime aids in my successful sleep routine. Adding a few drops to my bath, bottoms of my feet, on my neck, and places I may smell its scent helps me to relax further.

My daughter uses it to calm her three young children down when they start acting out, and as part of her nap time and bedtime routines for them as well. Almost immediately their behavior is greatly improved; they sometimes seem like different children, the transformation is so significant. And since doTERRA oils are CPTG (Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade®), we know they are safe for the children, ages 2-5.

While researching doTERRA essential oils, I also did research on the doTERRA company. The aroma is awesome. It helps me feel relaxed and to sleep deeper. It helps with anxiety too. I have diluted some of it with coconut oil and stored in a roller bottle . I use this mix on the nape of my neck, on the bridge of my nose, forehead, wrists, shoulders, top of my head and below my feet. On days when I feel anxious I rub a drop if undiluted oil in my palm and rub both palms together and sniff the fragrance. It almost at once calms me. I use the diluted mix topically on injuries and burns to soothe and heal. I also diffuse a few drops in my bedroom when I feel the need to relax and soothe myself.
