As far as marshmallows go, they taste fine.
Toasting them is interesting. At first glance it seems makes good sense. Well, not exactly. The rounded shape of the "traditional" marshmallows is more suited to toasting. If that's what you want. I don't think the square, thin shape of this marshmallow was designed for toasting. And I like my S'more with a hot, toasted marshmallow melting it's way through the chocolate.
I can think of several uses in cooking/baking where this thin, flat shape, would come in very useful. But, for my s'more, I'll be sticking to the more familiar shape marshmallow.
